Amazing stuff, true south african football pity we dont see such things in the psl even when teams are winning by 5 goals. Europe has really damaged us in every facet of life even soccer

Lool ey I remember when I was young, I used to hate playing against these kinds of people only because I didn't have the skills. We are missing this in PSL, this is South African football!
this is exactly why our game doesn't grow while American and European games leave us behind...even West and North Africans are miles ahead of us. we call this skill? this is shit! it has no impact on the game play whatsoever. u want real skill? watch Messi go past 7 players and SCORE! watch Neymar does a rainbow flick and then create a goalscoring opportunity...or watch Lamela score a beautiful rabona goal.

MattMzansi my only concern is that if we let this culture build in our hoods then the kids aspire to these levels, its what they are exposed to and they think its what the world wants. nothing wrong with a bit of freestyles, they are big in Holland but if its a 11-aside then it should be business. thats the mentality we need to instil in our little ones
True but bare in mind that these competitions only happen a couple of times per year so most of the times these kids will be watching the PSL.This is our culture as South Africans from the days of Jomo we cant just abandon it in hopes of being like other countries. True we must score but it wont hurt anyone if its done when the victory is wrapped up
