At the end of the day, you are saying despite of high rates still impossible to find good deals.
I think that if you are a professional realtor, you should always relate tothe difference of the terms like " new kitchen" or " refurbished" etc., that have been established by your industry. But do they really exist, these definitions? It is a market, and you will never argue about the "new" or " refurbished" kitchen in Toronto. There is the market price, and you do not argue with that.
I have seen listing's adding basement square footage to the house square footage
