Eamon & I travel a lot and at times being vegan on the road means less eating out and more cooking for ourselves. It's a good thing we love whipping up vegan creations... now if only we could hire a maid to do our dishes lol. Many of you have requested a few easy vegan meal ideas for #vanlife so we filmed a day in our life as we drive from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Thunder Bay, Ontario.

Eamon and I have been vegan for nearly two years now (vegetarian for a few before) and it was and continues to be the best decision we've ever made. Not only do we feel better, lighter, and more full of energy but we also live a lifestyle that we know contributes less to the endless suffering of innocent animals and to the destruction of our planet.

You guys really make me think about going vegan. I have changed my eating habits within the last couple of months to at least 3 vegetarian / vegan meals per week. Furthermore I am using almond/coconut/rice milk instead of real milk. And it feels good. Thanks for your videos. Especially the freestyle fridays. Greetings from Vienna, Austria.

lol when you told Eamon not to waste the chocolate milk I laughed out loud ... my dad tells me that when i was little and he would drink the milk i would tell him not to waste it since i wanted it haha

💚💚💚 lol - I been full time for 10 months. When I’m on the road I tend to eat less healthy. I even eat BK Impossible burgers and Carl JR Beyond Burgers, and snacks. It makes the road trip fun. When I get to my destination I start cooking organ high quality meals. But I miss my water distiller, my Vitamix, and my juicer. I am also using a small travel trailer that jI use as a mobile office. I park it , then travel using just the van. Sometimes I spend several weeks in the van

I've been following you for a few weeks now, binging your videos and I'm obsessed. My 6 year old nephew watches alongside me and tells everyone he is going to live in a van because of you guys! I'm 25 and just sold my 3 bedroom house to venture out into this alternative living lifestyle and your videos have given me so many ideas and I want to thank you for that.

Guys seriously... I always watch and enjoy your videos but one thing drives me a little insane. Please. please. please. please. Don't be walking about the van when your going down the highway. Sudden braking equals human projectile smashing out through the windshield. Also no seat belt in sight for the part where Eamon was sitting eating carrots and houmous... Please belt up and be safe.

I get what you're saying but when you're in a car for that long, shit happens. I know from the medic days. It's just not going to happen that you're ALWAYS going to have your seat belt on and you have to walk around the van to do things that need to be done like poo poo.
I'm honestly confused. How is it different than walking to the restroom in an air plane on an 11 hour flight?
@@susanmathis1682 there arent hundreds of other airplanes with the possibility of human error to crash into you in the sky. Driving is WAY more dangerous than flying.
