Ok, Tommy's "Cooking with Retro" comment should definitely become a food video series you do!!! I'd watch!
I also Irish and my "mammy" has lived on a vegetables soup during her recent weight loss all you need is celery, carrots, peppers any onions, scallions and a pack of knot vegetable broth .bio the broth in water and pour into cooker ,chop up all your vegetables and ad them in add chilli flakes and salt and pepper..cook it on a boil for 30 mins and once done blend it till smooth it's gorgeous and perfect for col evenings! Great vids ❤️
Absolutely fabulous to see Irish food!!!! Loved this vlog, so honest and natural 👍😀
Yay 😊 wanted this for so long :)
Please do an updated morning / night routine :)
We all agreed that you are very Lucky to have Tommy. He could be with a girl who cooks very good and does not control or nag him all the time.
Can't beat a lovely warming soup, I'm Irish too and definitely find after a few weeks on holiday I crave our foods from home xx
Love you so much!!
I'm a but-first-coffee kinda girl too! I haven't tried Flahavan's oatmeal yet, but they just sent me some samples to try. Now I'm extra excited to test them out! I'm pretty sure I saw Flahavan oats at a store here in NYC. Let me know if you want the name. ☕️ PS I have a Good Vibes Only sign that looks almost just like yours too! 😉
WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU MAKING A REAL IRISH STEW/ Soup!!!!!
You have to do what I ate Wednesday as this was amazing
so interesting!
This was very realistic. The relish looks really yummy lol
I know you not a big meat eater but you must try ham and lentil soup , few slices smoked bacon chopped and fried with leeks , quarter bag of red lentils, add few carrots , potatoes chopped small and veg stock , divine with that brown bread and bacon left for breakfast 🤗
Do you know how very little lucky you are to have Tommy. He is super and knows how to cook.
So cute that vlog. But KNORR isn´t Irish, its from Germany ;) But the funny thing is that the curry sauce we DON`T have in Germany... I think i have to write KNORR a letter LOL, cuz that curry was looking delicious!!
hi i'm wondering what visa you're currently on since your j1 has expired?
Where is the jar from? The one where you keep all of the pods for your Nespresso???
Home Goods xx
What a great everyday style video! Really enjoyed it and I'll be having a go at the overnight oats and the curry recipe 😋
Soup is the best! I can recommend cauliflower soup. So easy to make and so good. Chop 2 cauliflower heads and cover it with water. Just so it covers. Add white pepper, salt and a bit of chicken stock. Boil it. When the cauliflower is cocked soft, blend it. With all the water. Heat it up again and add cream (38%). Voila. Soup is ready. Always a winner 😀
Great video and food inspo! I have that Cadbury's hot chocolate in the press so must have some, forgot about until I saw this vid! Thanks Erika. P.S. Please can you do a hair video, when you have it with the waves it's just so amazing, I love it!!! I know you're gonna be super busy in the coming weeks but it'd be great if you could fit it in with the party season just around the corner x
Loved this video! Would love to see a soup recipe in your next vlog 😊👍
Very interesting video - I'm Irish and currently watching you in New Zealand and it's lovely to see all the Irish foods again. :) I try to be the same with my food - quick, easy but healthy.!
Loved the video!!
Great video - try a simple vegi soup, fry off some veg in a saucepan (onions, carrots, some potatoes if you want, any other veg) throw in 2 tins (420g) of chopped tomatoes, 1lt of chicken stock, bring to boil and simmer until veg is cooked. Blitz and done! If not very thick throw in some quick to cook veg and blitz again. Flavour with salt and pepper. Use to make this a lot when on Weight Watchers and it is the best and so simple.
I loved this video. My husband and I are both Irish but have always lived in the states. We love you videos...all of them. We also love your accent. Your hair is so pretty and so is your make up. Is there a certain color lipstick that you like to wear. I am going to try the vegetables with the curry sauce if I can find it...
Tommy make the curry.
You stir the pot that's not cooking. Tommy is the cook and you take the credit for it.
Great video Erica :) Try a carrot soup! Chop some garlic, onion and carrots and saute in a saucepan. Add chicken broth and coconut milk. Let it boil about 10 minutes til the veggies are soft. Add fresh grated ginger, salt and black pepper, chiliflakes to taste and mix :)
now you have me craving curry and hot chocolate lol
OMG after watching this I'm obsessed with your what I eat in a days you have to try and do what I eat Wednesdays I know your busy so you could do it 1 or twice a month I still wouldn't mind as it's worth the wait :) 😊
Going to try the curry with vegetables and the hot chocolate
Both SO good!!
Aldi’s do the best marshmallows for hot choc in the world, trust me
Where is your white top from?
Getting very into the soups these days. My favorite healthy one is this one - it's delish, all in one pot, and lasts me like 5 meals! www.halfbakedharvest.com/simple-coconut-quinoa-and-lentil-curry-with-lime-mango/
VERY NICE
How come you don't hashtag ad in title or picture? I don't mind the ad but it's annoying when you can't tell if it's an ad when you click on the video
oxegen09bestever there are different advertising standards in different countries, she said it in the video and in the caption.
Too much advertising
PeiPei cao ... it's a sponsored video Erika said right from the beginning she was doing it in collab with the company she talks about.
