So you’re saying I should absolutely hold onto my Dogpatch condo.
I think long term it’s a good bet. But whether someone should hold or sell depends on what their goals are. If you don’t need the money to buy something else, and can afford to spend on that without a renter or are ok being a landlord, then I’d hold onto it for as long as possible.
Gotta keep the sketchy elements at bay just south of there
