As a woman, I strongly disagree with her. Believe irrefutable EVIDENCE the first time, which is what we did. Now if we, the public, walked around saying “Leave him the first time he DVs you”, she would take issue with that.
Stace's response to Cassie's post is 100% spot on. We don't live in a world where everyone tells the truth. There are some women that lie about abuse. There is a woman in Arizona that lied about being abused by a professional baseball player and she is now facing jail time for lying.
Believing everyone is not realistic. But if there is a serious claim there should be an investigation so the guilty party should be held fully accountable.

My dad beat my moms and they got divorced when i was a kid. watched it all. they both old now moved on and both in really good places... they healed. It ACTUALLY happened... to many women use ish like that to tear men down they dont like. As long as its women out there doing stuff like that you will always need PROOF... human nature.

People are missing the point. He already condemned Diddy on the breakfast club. He's saying dont be distracted and caught up on who did it. He's saying Diddy isn't the only one abusing people, and Cassie isn't the only recipient. We all know Diddy is dirty, and that's been known for decades. He is saying we all need to look deeper behind the action and look more at how we've been letting these things happen when all we do is get outraged when it involves people of status. Meanwhile, bugger figures behind the scenes have been allowing this to happen for years
I don’t agree with DV having a lot to do with patriarchy. It has lot of with personality , mental illness, emotional intelligence.. and in diddy situations.. that amount of power society gave him and money.

News didn’t travel as fast then. You could hear something about a person and your personal experience is completely different than what you’ve heard. That trust/ initial experience is enough for you ti begin to unknowingly and slowly become manipulated.
People's opions do not matter on the situation. Whenever a crime or potential crime is reported and not investigated unbiasedly & thoroughly, then there's an injustice, period. And that's the root of alot of problems. Justice is blind, there is no bias. Justice is a natural born right, period.

The message is valid, but the messenger makes it harder for most people to understand the message. DV is a real issue regardless of gender. It just needs to be addressed that no one should be this way with each other, but we are flawed as humans. Never to excuse DV but we all need to be honest with our children and ourselves, and each other about how it's not right to engage in that behavior and how to find different ways to express how we feel in a more safe and practical way.
Am not with the narrative of putting DV as a man issue. It's an issue period. I have seen stories of men beating women and have seen stories of women beating men.
I don’t believe nobody, but it’s good that the evidence has come out.

Nah fuck that. We had plenty of reasons to think she was lying. The video proved her right, that's true, but without the video most of us were going to think she was lying. That video is from 2016, she left him in 2018 and the rumors of her being a pimp for diddy go back to 2007 which is when I first heard about it. So she got her ass beat for 13 years before the bag was fat enough for him to leave her. I dont see cassie as a victim, this is more about me seeing Diddy as the abusive piece of shit. I still have zero sympathy for Cassie.
