proud of you for finding what works best for you 🥰🤍 i totally relate to you on the bag thing, I was so anti bag before and now i also carry one because my anxiety has definitely gotten worse since 2019 and part of my peace comes in carrying my bag which has everything i will need - its like a security blanket for when i go out cause i too, rarely left my house cause i was super anxious all the time but now I'm relatively okay as long as i got my bag!
I remember when i gratuated highschool i was just happy like oke i did it. until i went back to school and my teacher hyped me up yelling YOU GOT AN 9.2 FOR ENGLISH and i just realized that i have no feelings for this world and could care less even if it was just a 5.5 i would be happy i was like i did the job. idk what that is but am just happy when i get work done am just happy i did it and its over and am done😭😭😭 i don't get really hyped up or something
Owwww! Not only does pulling the 2 separated sides of the tongue wide apart look SO painful, but surely doing that would cause EXTRA pain and swelling later on!
