Everyone talks about how Daniel doesn't blink the whole episode, but we ignore how the kids blink in unison whenever there's a lot of them on screen at once.
So something interesting to mention: Daniel never blinks ONCE throughout the entire episode.

WAIT WAIT WAIT!! I can’t believe I just noticed this! I think the song is a reference to a song called ‘the devil when down to Georgia’. And the story is about a boy and the devil competing. The boy think he is better than the devil at playing the fiddle. The devil offers a deal. If the boy wins he get’s the devil’s golden fiddle, but he loses the devil takes his soul. And one of the lines is “Cause I Think I’m better than you”
In short: it’s a metaphor for Daniel being the devil. Sorry for mistakes btw. I was in a rush to write this all down before I forgot lmao!

This is episode or rather the song that got me to presue watching all of camp camp. It's really great I watched in on repeat on an fan animatic. It' along with "parent's day" is some of my favorite episodes.
In history today there was a presentation about Jonestown, then this comes out..... coincidence? I think not.

I remember when I first watched this episode. I predicted that David had a twin brother who planned to convince him to let him stay at camp in order to to try and kidnap one of the kids to sacrifice them.
