Cosmic Shimmer + Crafters Workshop = Perfection! I use the Cosmic Shimmer in 90% of my art and cards..This " tacky" product makes sense with gilding flakes- love all the CS colors..You should try the Cosmic Shimmer Opal polishes which have mica " interference" and create different colors on black & white paper- which works 4 me- in my card art.

That gilding flake mix is so cool! And you did a great pair of cards with these techniques & products. I'm not sure if it would work with the glitter, but another thing you can use for gilding flakes or foil is leafing glue. It won't give as much dimension as a paste or gel, but rather be flat. But you can apply it to your surface (through a stencil or just brushed on) & let it dry, at which time it will be tacky. Then just press your flakes/foil onto it. If you're using flakes, you will have to brush away the excess, as you did here, but for foil you just burnish it on and peel off the backer. Voila--shiny projects! Thank you so much for sharing this, Lindsay! :)
