To put the story short about what's going on, The blanks Opened a corrupted rift which caused multiple cursed dimensions to Collide with each other.
Including things like Pibby corruption, Pony.Mov and Exe dimensions too which is why Rainbow.exe and Sonic.exe(+ The TT gang) are here too.
and in the process, that also replaced the Original MLP characters who had their corrupted counter parts with those versions except for Twilight whom kinda had control over herself. Which is why she appeard at the end, basically cutting Threeleaf's turn short.
And Ruby is one of the first victims of Blanks.
Pinkie, Discord and Apple Bloom were one of the few Survivors as seen in this video, Pinkie is fighting with the Og crew while Apple Bloom is confronting the Ones who pulled the strings from behind.
And what happend in the end was Discord Reseting the Multiverse, thus saving everyone including Pinkie and AB and sending everyone to their own Universe...

I wonder, why you use Discord chrom from EoI (if i guess correctly) but not his FiM?
@@MegaTails98 The Discord chrom I use is (As far as I'm aware) is the only available Chrom out there for him, EOI Doesn't have Discord yet.
I would've used the "Funkin' is Magic" chrom of him if it was released to the public.

I liked MLP since i was 6. And this is incredible, pinkie being the protagonist makes the most sense. I love it. Thank you alot for making this. Rainbow's part was my favorite. With the im assuming custom voice lines it adds a great touch

While Pinkie was fighting off the nightmarish versions of her friends, Eggman was sneaking away to open a gateway for Discord to enter the world that Pinkie was in.

The Triple Trouble one was called "Disharmony" cuz it was just the beginning of this story I mentioned in my Pinned comment in this video.
This one is called "Harmony" Cause in the end, Discord saves everyone, thus also Resurrecting the "Harmony" of Equestria.
Basically, the usage of "Harmony" instead of "Disharmony" forshadows the Good ending of this cover compared to the Triple Trouble one.
About Ruby, She's being controlled by the Blanks, As you can see from her Blank(pun intended) dead eyes and her attempts to get Apple Bloom on their side.
