Love how honest you are about mistakes.
A really good looking piece of furniture, I love Birch plywood
I like the plywood end grain. Great project.
Love your 'burnishing the edges' tip. Never seen this before. Genius.
Love your channel. Do what you have to to keep it going please. Your faithful followers will understand. Good luck!
Lovely outcomes, as always glad you include your mistakes and successes.
You have the most useful projects.
I have to admit, I do the dance when finishing but also when painting. It's not just you
I use that foot rocking when I paint ALL the time. It works!
I think this build video will be much more popular then the previous ones you mentioned in your last vlog, simply cus it's a fantastic thing to have and will appeal to more people
Looks bootiful to me.
Too nice that cabinet to put shoes and muddy wellys in! Nice job, I like the design and that it can be mostly made from one 8x4 sheet.
Great build, Keith. Thanks.
BTW, Matt Cremona does the finish-applying dance.
Great work, the birch plywood really works well 👍🏻
Looks great Keith, love the look of birch ply!
"plus, we have a lot of shoes."
Never change Keith, never change.
Tremendous job with simple,explanation..thanks
Great work Keith 👍👍👍
I am surprised that the project videos don't perform so well because everyone like to watch someone make something, don't they!! I for one am glad to see you doing them again!
Love it, I like the birch ply edge look
Dont mind me, im just having a keefykeef marathon. Well, ragnbone marathon 😂 hey i noticed the other day you had 231k subs and today you're at 232k. Thats awesome!
*sad trombone noises*
Still loving the videos, also really like your humility when it comes to admitting mistakes and not losing your rag over them!
(I'd have nail-gunned the rack to the wall before realising the fixings were the wrong way up ;) )
@@RagnBoneBrown i was just thinking, that's it? it could've been so much worse! (i'm glad you don't see some of my mistakes! ha ha) anyway, great final result!
I think it seemed bigger to me because of how long we were trying to hang out on the wall 😂
I knew straight away what you'd have done wrong the moment you asked us to guess. Which is particularly galling, because I take 3x longer than necessary, as I have to rectify all these kind of mistakes. Maybe we should spend a moment asking ourselves that same question before each project 🤣 xxx
I like it. Good job bud.
Great stuff. Really nice work 👍🏼
I repeat the words u say same accent love ur country 🙌😍😊👍🙏 nice videos been watching some of them
Very nice job.
Great idea.

good build mr brown top notch well explained looking forward to your next achievement
These are the videos we all like, if it means for couple minutes you talk about a random app so you can keep making these, that would be fine as we'd all understand why
Love the end result. well done ^^
I really like this video, style and function is a great👍
great job really nice well done
Very nice!
Congratulations on the plaque for 100k. Fair play to youtube for sending these out to give the people that feeling of accomplishment.
Bet in the early days the thought process was like "well im.just gonna grab some scrap timber that hadn't rotted yet and show some people how to make something half decent out of it"
Next thing ya know 100 thousand people on the planet are saying to you let me know what you do next!
Love your approach to the channel and your calmness you present throughout the channel. Could be the Norfolkness! Got family from my Dad's side who all live there and everyone is always calm!
Great video. Was saying in another comment how much I like birch ply, it's criminally underused in the UK!
All the best, thumbs up.
Congratulations on the 100,000 subscribers on you tube!
Really cool project Keith, love it 👍👍
I respect that you show your mistake. It serves a another learning tool.
watched the whole video before i realized- "oh wait, Keith's actually building something with materials he paid for, not just stuff he picked out of a skip!" lol nice one, Keith, and thanks for not editing the mistakes out- i like the honesty of your approach
Something upside down, called it!! 😂 That's ok Keith, if I had to reattach my head every morning it would be upside down more often than not. At least it was a decent chuckle and an easy fix!! 👍
Great video as allways, been watching your videos for a good 2 years now and realised this is the first time I've commented 🤣🤣, but great to see us patreons getting those rewards
I love your honesty, if you don't make mistakes your not human.
Nice unit !
If in future you don't have long enough clamps use a cargo ratchet strap and some scrap blocks to help direct the preasure!!😉
Great project, be interested in seeing the kitchen worktops as thinking I’d like that in my renovation 🤔👍🏼
Very nice work my man👍🏼👍🏼
The repair to the external corners by burnishing then sanding them was great. I'll remember that one, thanks.
Very smart! :)
15:23 Jut build a little footstool, 20 to 30 mm in height, to put your shoes on top of while you put them on. Maybe build another one (different height) for Rita. They could be stored underneath the shoe rack when not in use.
Great videos. Thanks for sharing. Congrats on 100K.
Cracking job mate looks great on the hallway. Nice colour scheme in the hallway as well bud.
lol, nothing more Keith than being modest about a 100k play button!
Like it! Well deserved!
Wow, you are human but humans also are capable of original thinking and creativity. I love that shoe rack.
Yeah have to say I do sthg similar to the dance. I like to think it helps maintain a consistent brush stroke!
I do the painting dance ;-)
I use blue painters tape to continually remind myself top, bottom left or right becasue I make similar mistakes when I flip project over... or walk around the workshop table. My lefty/righty ruler helps keep my double checking accurate too. Now if I could only handle the mistakes as calmly as you. My wife asks why I curse at inanimate objects!
Cracking build Keith, I personally love the look of birch ply I have about 4ft in my wood store and I'm saving it for a special day 🙈. The hallway looks really smart and modern. That mistake is definitely something I would do.
Great project. That moment of realisation when you noticed the coat pegs were upside down is something I can truly relate to.
Hi Keith. I glue in one side of dominos first and let the glue set then proceed with the glue up. Takes 50% of the pressure off. Good vid
That's a great tip, I don't know why that never occurred to me! Thank you I will use that for sure
I love this project! Very well made!
And please don't be too hard on yourself for making a couple little mistakes, the end results speak for themselves!
Great work, thanks for sharing Mr. Brown
Congratulations on the award!
Great project Keith. How about a birch ply with a live edge / resin top side table thing for the rest of the hallway? 😀
Use the red marking buttons they are brilliant
Great video Keith, I'd love to see a video of you making stuff from reclaimed barrel staves, and any other small projects that could be made for selling. I am trying to find a market for selling home made wood projects.
Great video, very enjoyable 👍!! I did wince however when you started using using the hammer setting on your drill 😳😬😂
Adverts are fine buddy, if you wanna do them, do them. Hope this vid gets more views as it is a major project. I understand it's totally impractical to make a whole bunch of tables nobody is buying, but I like the big projects.
Back to what I love the projects!!!
+1 on the ‘finishing dance’
You have no idea how good I feel knowing that someone I consider to be very good at their craft can stuff things up like I do.
Isn’t CZcams wonderful?
I love your videos mainly due to your honesty. We all make mistakes and its often how we recover from them that teaches us our most important lessons and skills. Well done mate. Looks great. Congratulations on 100k
Great video and another brilliant build. Love the birch ply and it’s good that you didn’t cut out the fact you done something wrong. Can’t get it right every time 👌🏻
Master Dylan is going to love it!🤣
Nice many thxs!
looks great Keith . Love the look of the birch ply and the colored pegs.
Looks great. Love birch plywood!
great video Kieth. Thanks for sharing your mistakes with everyone. Nothing goes perfectly and channels that portray everything being so easy are boring because they're fake. Would you consider releasing the renovation videos to your main, non-patreon, audience after a certain amount of time has passed, like a month or something? So the Patreon supporters would get early access, but the main audience would eventually get to see them
Thanks. I don't think the renovation videos would perform well in this channel as they're not related to woodworking and that is likely to drag the performance of the channel down, so they won't be appearing i'm afraid - also it's important that I reward those who are helping me out
Nice job as always. I have to agree with you regarding the end grain on the ply. I love the look too
Nice one Keith.... I hope the project videos get a good viewing 👍
This is one of my favorite project videos. Of course, I love all of your projects and I've made several of them. Thanks for this one.
Looks great mate. I wouldn’t say that’s a big mistake at all.
Great video! I think you want to put a back on the cabinet. I built a shoe rack before without a back and the wall behind it got really dirty from all the shoes bumping against it.
Really like this, and a big fan of this plywood style in general!
Came out really nice Keith, easy mistake to make with the hooks and glad you showed it. Looking forward to future videos
We’ve all done the upside down button fixings, at least it was an easy fix👍
i like the fact that you can joke about your mistakes...........it happens to all of us.............someday if you ever build a bridge and it collapses and kills a few people then you have something to feel bad about....for this project,,,,,,,,no sweat.......
I like the design and execution. Great job!
Easy mistake to make and really easy fix, 24 screws in out and back in with a little turning of hooks in between. Loving the fact you kept it in.
I can't believe you didn't find a way to incorporate some material from the hat and coat stands into your hat and coat rack. Missed a trick there, mate. ;-)
Brilliant project and a great video, I also do the painting dance. Can’t understand how project videos aren’t performing well - keep them coming!
Another fabulous build. I saw your mitre recovery trick on William Ng channel. Great life saver for a critical project.
I noticed streaks in your varnish, I use Gold Taklon artist brushes, 2-3 inches wide but only 1/4" thick and very flat (you can get angled brush too) and gives a very smooth finish with very little DeNibbing required between coats!
Thanks I'll check them out, I do need to invest in some good quality brushes
This project is brilliant Keith. I love the look of plywood and grain and this project has given me some ideas as there are a lot of shoes in my household. The coat hangers ante a great compliment too. Can't wait to see the worktops video and many congrats on 100,000 subscriber's too.
Always look forward to Fridays for your content! Great stuff!
I too like plywood "end grain", if only if it wasn't for those pesky voids. Nice video 👍
It's a good vidio Keith, and you're getting very professional in both the woodwork and the making of the videos, well worthy of a 5 ☆ rating
Keith that is fantastic, I'm looking at doing something similar but 3 metres and wall mounted.
Thanks for taking the time to film and share, but most of all thanks for the fantastic ideas over the year's.
Kind regards
Nice build and nicely made video. The proportions of that unit are really nice, and it looks great where you have positioned it. Enjoyed that :)
That looks the nuts Keith, well done. I like the exposed end grain too. Great video
Congratulations on your 100K, I am happy that I am one of those. Great channel my friend! That tool to place along your track saw seems really handy. Very nicely made, you can be proud of your work. I saw you struggling with that plywood in the beginning. Can I give you a tip? A few weeks ago I made a handy tool to put plywood plates on my work table. Without any effort or effort. I have a video on my channel, no obligations of course.
Definitely not just you!
I know you said that project videos are not performing so well in terms of views, but I really enjoy them. I found this very interesting in both design and construction
Thank you!
