My favourite trucker vlog. Thanks for keeping us all entertained. Stay safe. Remember it's not you it's them others. Old Black Country saying. Black Country is heart of heavy dirty industry in the English Midlands.
Josh, I remember when I was a kid I am 59 now when you used to throw the change into a basket a funnel shape basket you always ask your dad if you could throw the change sometimes you miss😂
Like me you're always trying to figure out why people do crazy things but remember "You can't fix stupid". Safe travels
That’s why you don’t stop ‘til you get to the port Hope on road because if you drink and large coffee in the city of Toronto, you’re really gonna have to go to the bathroom if you’re nowhere near rest area
I agree with you 100% no pickles on my Burger. Love the channel.
I had to pee badly in traffic jam at Hamburg Germany. Was on CB with a very good friend in front of me.... Hey Nightrider.... stop and I will drive to your rear end and take a pee... Sure he said.. He had made a gap about 50 meters..( I couldn`t see).. as soon he saw I was out the truck peeing he drove 50 meters forward.. and there I stood in full public...😆😆🤣😂
Ya Josh onion rings large and a root beer float also a large for the win now off to the store ❤
Josh save the cup you might need it
427 today you spell on 401 and you’re gone to the QEW through Mississauga up to the 427 up to the 40 one and then you’re gone
I grew up in that area and your explanation on how traffic works on the 401 couldn't have been more precise 😂😂😂 SPOT ON MY MAN!!! that golf cart line was beyond accurate 🤣 ALWAYS give space and take your time. Lucky for me I got my truck license then move to New Brunswick. Beautiful views and no traffic. Our biggest threat out here are deer moose and random homeless people riding their bikes along the highway 😂
O, yes, the papaburger meal at A&W is great. Not so for your body, but at least for your. tongue and mind😂 so I agree on you. Especially with the rootbeer and the union rings🙏
@user-br9bq9vu2d bad English... Im sorry I meant onion rings. And they are great indeed.
Yeah, train nine or 10 by the time you get out of Toronto to get to Germanville
Drummondville
Yeah, you’re stuck in the traffic till you get up on the 427
Josh i hat you pas Often by Paris so i now wat it means lots of traffic, have a sage and nice trip
When my dad was driving, he did it LTL for the last company he was driving for
Don’t forget the 427 that’s the highway to get to you spell 401
The trucker that parked in the wrong spot must have drunk the whole coffee and couldn't wait any longer.
We are Canadians, we will get the home problem solved. Sounds like the smaller Army houses like my dad had after the war, is a great plan.
He would do LTL on the way down to the river on the way down in the states and then they usually load them right up on the way home
Man my dispatcher knows not to call me about loads going to Toronto / GTA. I’ll sit at home for an extra day before going there again lol
and you probably saw that A&W in Drummondville where you stopped for the night and wish you had waited for the real thing 😬
❤ Your photo gallery is awesome. Safe travels and 😊 to see your great vlogs.
And in toronto hondas got the blinker lever ripped out and nothing telling them how fast they r going lol
Hopefully you’ll get detention time for that that’s if possible
JOSH YOU & KAREN ARE HYSTERICAL 😂😂😂COOL MUSIC 🎼
That Karen HAHAHA !!! It never gets old. Josh you better hope "artificial intelligence" doesn't get into Karen she might come through that box and attact you ???
You got the highways right -- QEW to 427 to 401. The toll bridge to Autoroute 30 bypasses Montreal, a trade-off for the time saved. I like Tonythetrucker's advice to take 201 to the 530 to bypass the toll -- great route!
Wow, Thanks again Josh for so amazing videos and scenery into them, I really like your videos, anyway, be well, do good work and keep driving safely on the road bye for now.
Looks like he’s got it all the FLD by the front end
Josh you're liking that 401 series of roads good for you .
If that’s the first one you were at the Port, Hope en route
Well, they land in their land internal when they stay there
Hi Trucker Josh loved to watch this video a lot of Canada that I have never been to before great looking scenery enjoy your Burger King have to have a burger out once in awhile this has been a great trip have a good night god bless 🙏
We call them LCV’s in Ontario long combination vehicles
I have heard them called "B-trains" -- two trailers, like the two lobes in a capital B
Hi Josh, as always great video, yes rush hour going east out of Toronto is fun, you have great weather and dry roads that makes it better
Didn’t know about that Esso in Drummond Ville, I’ll keep that in mind in my next trip
Take care Ron
I trucker josh, i live 80km from Drummondville have à good trip back home , i fellow from the last 5 years.🙂👍🤜
There seems to be a lot of VIP's at stores too. I see them they're quite frequently parking wherever they want.
Josh, on the other video you posted about Quebec, you mentioned something about brushing up on your French. It would be a hoot if Karen would speak French when your in Quebec... lol. That will bring you back your language knowledge... fast !
Cheers, stay safe.
P.s. you were working... but still would have been nice shaking your hand.
Josh you are a good man and so well played on those words about T.O Traffic 😂 - I’m on the outskirts of Toronto and have the luxury of being able to by-pass the core but yea, T.O looks best from rear-view mirror lol cheers
Yeah, then they restart again. Trust me as somebody that lives in the GTA they’re always working on the roads it never ends.
Actually a lot of drivers do go in there trucks from what I've seen. By the gallon jugs tossed I the rest area lots full of yellow fluid I have a friend that works for Wisconsin rest area. Said most drivers will carry it to the garbage dumpster but there is a few that just leave it for him. Mostly the non English speaking drivers. Oh the story's he could tell.
Hi josh new to your channel… i live near the A30 express so every year on february first they bump up the price they have more 2,5x price since the opening of the bridge and i don’t now if you now but you could pass on boulevard monseigneur langlois exit 14 on the 20 in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield if you pass after 19:00 and before 7:00 its only no trucking during the day and its free
I will look into that route next time!! Thank you for the tip!
Cool, I go through that toll often. Did you know it's free between 6 and 9.30 every morning?
Your right, Toronto looks like New York City. Headlights and tail lights everywhere😅
Drummondville, QC in 7 hours is very optimistic! I feel lucky if I make Montreal in 7 hours in my car. Just cost me $90.00 to use 407 for a return trip in a car.
Hey Josh, you can take the 201 through Valleyfield de Salaberry up to the 530 and skip the bridge and toll. But you will hit the lights going through the town.
Great route!!!
Watch yourself tho, its no truck between 7am and 7pm now
Good video but a little disappointing too. The Mississauga Petro Pass is in the district I live in and could have met "Trucker Josh".
Me too. I load a Petro Canada every day
HELLO JOSH COOL TOOK ( TABOGAN ) BEAUTIFUL RIDE THE SKY IS AMAZING !! BE BLESSED & BE SAFE JOSH ✊🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸🇨🇦
Trucker path
I don’t know either.. 🤗
Josh, maybe they had the large coffee and needed to go bad, really really bad. 😳😳
Hi Josh I live in Toronto. I feel sorry for you to drive in Toronto. You should be paying extra for deal with this shit.
Hi Josh. Toll costs $14.50 cents. What length of toll road does that amount buy you?
You are absolutely rite JOSH I'll take the smell of quiet farm animals BOTH ENDS over the endless smell n noise pollution of cities n factories
16:06 that’s your boy that was parked in the middle of the road at the rest stop.
It's only a hour and 20 minute till the first onroute ( with good traffic) in port hope from the petro pass your at. So in theory you should be able to hold it .. I am 2 hours and 20 minutes from that onroute in port hope and usually the first stop we make when heading out east. My biggest concern is getting stuck in traffic in Toronto and my dog having to use the washroom
Traffic didn't look overly bad for him, I guess alot of people are still working from home. Years ago I had a job in Oakville off Ford drive. At 5pm I'd have to get from there to Bayview / 401 and most days it took 2 HOURS. (I could make it there in the morning in under 40). If you want to cruise right through the GTA just use the 407, its therapeutic doing 130 through there knowing the 401 is a parking lot.
@@FrankBullitt390 yeah it not fun getting stuck there .. all depends if the idiots are out driving and causing accidents or if their is construction. I was going down to Toronto for work in November and December I'm down in kitchener.. it would take us about 80 minutes to reach somewhere up the 427 where i was working. We were leaving around 5 am but coming home at 12 it would be different and take close to 2 hours most of the time. And we would encounter alot of traffic. I think it all comes down to luck and timing when you go into Toronto.
I'm also reminded of s joke I seen and it said Toronto is one hour from Toronto lol
👍
You can't buy coffee...
You can only rent it.
Might be he had the giant coffee and he had to hit the washroom quick.
A and W have the best onion rings and root beer.
Well trucker Josh as you know you don't really buy coffee you just rent it 🤣
A&W train :) >.> teen with Extra pickles though :P
A@W you get sticker shock ;]
But with you being paid the way, you’re paid the more free you have on the better
Trucker Josh, its soo cool seeing you in Mississauga! Its my hometown where i grew up in. Its strange seeing you around there because you are always in USA. Regardless, have a safe trip and keep on posting. All the best
Sorry Trucker Josh, there is no set time for rush hour anymore... Every minute of the day is "rush hour" in bigger cities. Take care and drive carefully.
SMART STATEMENT
Toronto isn't bad as long as you avoid the morning rush, then be off the roads by 3pm. Then only go back out after 7-8
Whats shaking Josh?
genuine question have you thought about either getting a dual citizenship with the US or ever plan on moving to the United States and become a citizen here fulltime? just curious as it just crossed my mind lol keep up the great work Josh and keep it between the mustard and the mayo :)
LOL! When you mentioned the optional everything while driving I thought it's just like the LIE 495 you were on to get to Hauppauge! It's optional everything, including a speed limit....
🍭SWEET🍭God Bless🙏🏼💖👍🏻🌞
Piss jug for the win
:-)
🖐️👋👍🥰🇨🇿😉
A green circle, a yellow diamond and a red square for lights. The circle can roll, the triangle will swing to stop, and the square can't move. This is indeed the logic for those who do not distinguish the colors of traffic lights :)
Does Karen ever call you a stupid idiot for not listening to her directions and go into a 30 minute rant? At that point would you fire her? lol
Boy you Canada guys know how to pop out them vids.ur an animal.
Karen is drunk again.
Lazy and entitled.
A&W onion rings are unmatched but you really gotta splurge with the rootbeer float.
There's a good parking spot right here, oh wait there's a better one over there, wait what about that one over there.
Stay safe, stay warm.
2 - 53's should be illegal, PERIOD!! They are screwing other drivers and who's to say how much the one pulling two 53's is getting paid. I'm sure it's not double!!
Aand
I hear some truckers are being motivated by trump to avoid New York.
I hope that is just a few simple minded idiots. Please don't be suckered into that.
