Noticed you didn't use your physick flask my dude. Would recommend using the flame-shrouding cracked tear (tree avatar in caelid next to the burning church) and the dexterity knot tear (in liurnia) then later swap it with the thorny cracked tear (tree avatar in consecrated snowfield much later in the game)
