34;20- why it’s a ventricular rhythm and not junctional rhythm… and when to Take some action for PAC/pvc/ atrial tachycardia
Great explanation sir
When type of rhythm explained at the same time what should we do treatment at that phase
It would be another level sir
Of course at some rhythms explained like VT vf but most of other rhythms treatment not explained
Any way thank u soo much sir 😍
It would be easy now to recognise rhythm but need a little bit practice and experience 😍
In minute 26 ; for Complete heart block; may be narrow QRS or wide QRS if pacemakers above the His bundle often have a narrow- QRS complex at a rate of 45 to 60 beats/min, whereas pacemakers at or below the His bundle produce a wide- QRS complex at a rate of 30 to 45 beats/min. (ROSEN EMERGENCY MEDICINE 10th ed)
Yup … thanks for sharing
In ventricle tachy cardia the impulse orginate from single foci or from multiple foci and will the impulse is from ventricle muscle or bundle of his ,purkingi fiber
Didn’t get your question, please ask in detail on icu.in/forums

Sir, wave generated by SA node is p wave and if qrs complex preceded by p wave than its sinus rhythm, but as u said for PACs that abnormal p wave with qrs complex coming prematurely is PAC…this made me confused?
Please explain
if P was is generated from SA node, its sinus rhythm. simple. PAC originates from atria not SA node.

How to tell ventricular rate sir?
Monitor will show Heart rate which is atrial rate is it?
Basically what we want is the LV output … in normal rhythm , of atrial rate is 70 , ventricle rate is also 70 … and that ventricle rate maintains the BP / LV output . Do in chb , always say the ventricle is xyz (35,40 etc) the qrs complexes rate ; becaus that’s what maintains the BP . I can though specific atrial rate is so and so .
