For the price it's good value for money, but to be honest it's a bit all over the place. It has nice interiors and space and is modern in design. We also didn't see the garage areas or the proper outside of the property.

The more sparkle and bling and crystals in a house - the less it’s worth. These places are so insanely over-inflated because the developers / owners feel the personal “bling” they add to it makes it more expensive. It doesn’t.

This house has one major problem - it is designed for private families like politicians to live in there. While, the rich wants views, party, and more open spaces. That might be the reason the price is lower.

No way. This is severely undervalued. Rich people are way more private generally speaking. The price tag is shockingly cheap

One of the best views of any home in beverly hills is what you get from micheals place. Thid is something even adam admits and other realtors whove been to micheals place. Man he has really good views at his gated beverly hills mansion.

Oh the lights out thing in a cave... they used to do that in a Mammoth Cave tour. Holy **** imagine trying to find your way out in the dark. They tell people not to flash any camera. Evidently your eye pupils dilatate to the max.
