In S Korea I mainly ate from Pakistani and Turkish food places. I ate at one place that made halaal Korean food but can't remember where it was. Hello as a pure korean here, i can verify what she is saying! Not everything here is pork and alcohol, yet if you’re Muslim please be careful, it may not contain any pork or alcohol but the animal has to be killed in a specific way for it to be called halal! Also i recommend going vegetarian while going on vacation ,but if you’re going there for a good while, i wish you luck! Edit: ORR IF YOU NEED PROTEIN STICK TO FISH OR MUSHROOMS!
For people who don't know korean well and have a hard time understanding Can you maybe make some videos where you show what products are halal . Like anything that's completely halal Snacks, ramen , traditional dishes , drinks or whatsoever
Isn't the food became non-halal also if it is process by the same factory that process / sell non-halal food ? p/s : No offend . I just purely wanna learn and know abt yr religion
Usually on the package they will say what products that they have manufacturing with.. if there is meat, then the food products is not halal.. if it's manufactured product that has no meat.. then you good to go (it's depends on the company)
Basically as a muslim, if i am not sure (syubhah) then its better for me not to eat something i am not sure of...its not a nice feeling too to have doubts and the Creator (Allah SWT) loves us to be careful (have ‘Taqwa’)....u raised a good question, i pray may your journey brings more understanding to Islam..ameen
for me, as long as the factory doesn't process any kind of pork ingredients or product, it should be ok. and the product only contains plant base product or fish. and for vegetarians product, other than alcohol, i try to avoid trying food that imitate pork ( vegetarians pork meat) , because i believe it is a sin to eat something forbidden even though it just an imitation.
factory is strict with hygiene and item. if it written no meat, than they cannot produce it with meat. thats why it safe to eat lol. try to work at factory then you will know how strict it is. especially food. and plus there are few people allergic to meat. how do you think they eat and finds food ?

Even if this is lamb or any meat other than pork, this also does not depend on it being halal, so lamb or any other meat must be slaughtered according to the salami method.👍
What makes it halal is how the animal is slaughter, and if it’s slaughtered in the name of Allah or by the people of the scripture (The Jews and Christian’s). IT CANNOT BE ALREADY DEAD BEFORE SLAUGHTER AND BE SLAUGHTERED BY ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT THE ABOVE!!! Also I heard of a video where some company’s have been getting their halal certificate wrongly or smth so it’s best to see where they get their meats from and the slaughter process. Simply looking at the ingredients list did not help in determining if it can be consumed as halalan toyyiban foods. Unless if a food like salad, which is totally made vegetables without added ingredients like meat etc, then you can look based on the food labelling. Be cautious on the information you want to spread, especially on religious matters. @@khadijakhanom7356 No, its not. Even samyang noodles are not all halal, there are limited halal products of samyang so whenever you want to know are they halal or not just check certified stamp on package in green color :) hopefully its helpful
@@khadijakhanom7356 brother/sister if it is halal it will say so on the packet, i highly suggest you only buy all sorts of packeted food ( not only noodles) that have a halal logo on them. In S Korea I mainly ate from Pakistani and Turkish food places. I ate at one place that made halaal Korean food but can't remember where it was. It's difficult to find places to eat but as long as you stay away from pork and alcohol that's most important. Luckily people were so nice at some places and prepared vegetable dishes fresh for me without any meat or alcohol and in different pans. I remember a local bakery making delicious egg sandwiches for me in front of me and I really appreciated how they took my needs into consideration. Overall I had a lovely time in South Korea❤
As long as its not have halal korean certificate, it not really halal, of course u dont know how it maded, who make it and so on.. for example chicken who slautered by not muslim is haram even the way he slautered is same... Becareful what u eat, u become what u eat..
That why she said to avoid ANY MEAT! Seafood is halal because there's no special way to kill them. And factory is really strict with ingredients, they have different machine, different factory to produce each product. Let me ask you if you bought food from street seller do you also ask the seller about the process behind the food from gathering ingredients and etc? street food from small business doesn't have halal sertificate too right? Exactly
nothing is halal in Korea.
It's not the problem of ingredients of ramen in Korea.
It's the problem of factory. Factory uses all kinds of meats in Korea because Korea doesn't need halal certificate and do not seperate manufacutre process.
So, if you are looking for halal food in Korea, pretty much you cannot buy anything at convenience stores.
Yeah tho. I'm confused. That's the First thing I learn about halal. The factory process need to be a Muslim person.
Thanks for this info bro
Its 💯 true
U should do some research before said something that can be misunderstanding to other....mybe couple year back their is no halal factory in korea..but nowadays they already have halal factory in korea that approved by muslim Union in korea...
choose ramens that got korean halal logo..
U must know.. many western countries.. it is againts the law to have any meat in the food if stated 'vegetarian'.

For people who don't know korean well and have a hard time understanding
Can you maybe make some videos where you show what products are halal . Like anything that's completely halal
Snacks, ramen , traditional dishes , drinks or whatsoever
@@shezieblack9086 how about the flavor? Did it use different machine to pack it,or same machine, different batches/day of packing or processing?

What makes it halal is how the animal is slaughter, and if it’s slaughtered in the name of Allah or by the people of the scripture (The Jews and Christian’s). IT CANNOT BE ALREADY DEAD BEFORE SLAUGHTER AND BE SLAUGHTERED BY ANYONE ELSE EXCEPT THE ABOVE!!! Also I heard of a video where some company’s have been getting their halal certificate wrongly or smth so it’s best to see where they get their meats from and the slaughter process. Allah is always aware of what everything does.

Sister, I don’t know if you know this. But, halal is just depends on the ingredients, it also covers everything from raw materials, processing equipments and materials, packaging materials and the methods of processing.
It will not be hurt to double check on reliable sources like al-Quran, hadith or nowadays try goggles on verified sources. Hope this comment can help.

Thats why food in Islam needs to adhere to this criteria: halal and toyyiba.
Halal: The meat needs to be killed with the name of Allah and the right way of killing, not a meat that forbidden in Islam, not a corpse, not a meat that is cooked with the same pot as the pork ect.
Toyyiba: The process of making the food and serving is clean. The food is good for your body and not bring any harm to it.
