    We need lawns and trees in such areas. The houses are beautiful but nature makes things more beautiful. Accra is concrete and we need to change the narrative.

      No if they use the Ghana currency they will loose money because the currency is not stable. Because US dollar is for international trading so there is nothing wrong with that.

    We are selling in Ghana and we are quoting in dollars.
    So someone has to change cedis to dollars to buy.
    Or the person can buy in cedi equivalent.

    How many people in Sunyani can afford a $120k real estate? Most of your clientele are going to be Ghanaians in the diaspora. Most of those guys want to be close to Accra.

      That is where you are wrong.He maybe building for clients living Overseas,in Accra or Kumasi.Also note that most of the businesses in Accra are owned by Akans,some of them are from Sunyani and so he could be building for some of them.

      It's not that easy to do business with a currency that changes multiple times a day. When you're dealing with real estate contracts, you need a stable currency. I understand your argument but it's not possible

    What's in Sunyani? How many industries are running to localize in Sunyani? Business, jobs, attraction is what pull people to a locality. What's so magical about Sunyani? Who are your target customers? Yes they may have long term potential, but for a business man you want to start seeing return on your investments so you can reinvest in the next big thing.

    • @augustinasarpong8719

      Please why are you saying that, is sunyani not in ghana 🤔

    • @kontomylitis
      @kontomylitis Před měsícem

      @augustinasarpong8719 I didn't say that. But for an investor spending this much money, you want to be able to recover the return on your investment as soon as possible, otherwise you won't be able to deliver on your next big project. Once again, I'm only talking as an investor. This is not a charity.

      He maybe building for clients who are based Overseas or live in Accra and Kumasi.Remember most of the people who own businesses in Accra are Akan people and some of them are from Sunyani and so he maybe building for them.

    Why Sunyani? Would you have buyers? I like the idea of returning to Sunyani, but who are your target customers? Most real estate buyers are Ghanaians in the diaspora. Most of them buy to rent or Airbnb it. In Sunyani, who are your target customers?

    • @kontomylitis
      @kontomylitis Před měsícem

      @NanaFrimpong-z2d thanks. I don't know much about Sunyani. But for an investor spending this much money, I want a place that will give me a good return on my investment as soon as possible. And in my view, Sunyani will take too long for me to see a good return on my investment. I'm talking as an investor and not as a native of Sunyani

    • @kontomylitis
      @kontomylitis Před měsícem

      @NanaFrimpong-z2d I'm talking as an investor. That's probably why we may have differences in how we see this. Granted, I have never been to Sunyani and don't know much about the real estate market there.
