This machine did a great job cleaning up spots on my car mats and sucking up the water so they actually dried fast. Charge is limited but it is intended only for quick spot work and I am SHOCKED at how well this works without having to put in much effort.

Can you use anything other than the bissell formula?

Do both the newer and older model "PetStainEraser" use the same charger?
just bought after watching this, but it is extremely time consuming to wash individual parts after each use. Uhh not sure if I want to keep it!
Can you tell me how long it takes to recharge if I cannot finish a job? I found the answer in an article, it takes about 4 hours to recharge according to what I read.
Can this work with a shampoo cleaning solution?

You can just pull it out from the sides and it will come out.
I'm needing to know what you do to get the formula to pour out on your rug? Is it a button? I just got this and every tutorial says "put the solution on your item and then go back over it" but nobody says how to do that? Thank you!
