Thanks Kerry I try to use mine more than my oven it definitely saves in electricity 🙂. I save up all my bits of bread and put them in the freezer then I thaw out what I need to make croutons with as I hate food waste x
Ooh those fish cakes look yummy… Thankyou for your recipes… I’ve been on a mission to save energy since the rise in prices, only using my Airfryer and SlowCooker not using the oven….. over the last month, we our energy usage is down by £60!! It’s a bit of a pain when my husbands going around unplugging everything…. I have to remind him not to unplug the SlowCooker 🫣😂
Hi Kerry. Greetings from Cyprus. As genuine Halloumi is only from Cyprus (not Greece), I will definitely try the Halloumi strips and maybe also with feta cheese of which we have plenty. I’m trying your sausage rolls today, the only ones we can get in Cyprus are filled with frankfurter but I found some pork chipolatas in our English shop. Wish me luck, it will be a real treat for me. 🤞👍
Hi Kerry, love your down to earth cooking. Have you ever thought about using liners in your air fryers? I've just bought a new one and want to use liners but the only ones available are actually smaller than the drawers :/
The only trouble with liners, is that the air can't then circulate on the bottom side of the food so it doesn't cook it evenly.. so the pros are less mess, but then cons are that the base of your food won't be crispy! xxx
I did comment on one of your videos about the preset settings being too hot or too long, but it turns out that a lot depends on what sort of bacon you use.. i used a cheaper and thinner bacon and it was cremated, so i will definitely be using thicker and more expensive bacon in future
Oh yes for sure.. the one we usually use is thicker bacon but if we buy streaky bacon then we definitely have to take off about 3 minutes of the cooking time :) xxx

Thanks for the recipes, is that the original inner basket in your air fryer because I have the same one for about a year now but some of the non stick coating has come off.
Kerry, very entertaining videos, But Could You Include More Specific Amounts, such as; How Much Flour For Cauliflower Bites, & What Size Tin of Tuna Cakes? Would be very helpful for us who are recipe-impaired...(plus it looked like Waaaaay more than 2 tablespoons of Curry...)
My air fryer does not have a basket? just magnetic plate for roasting do i just remove that plate? as it seems my air fryer is wasted on me all i made in it so far was some chips 😊
It’s a bit of trial and error at the start and then when I make each recipe I just try out the temp and timings :) but soon you get used to knowing how long each thing needs :) xxx

Baked potatoes are crispy skinned and soft in the middle.
Stab potatoe
Rub oil over potatoe
50 mins at 200°c such a crispy skin and so soft inside

Not a fan of curry or ginger, but the Fishcakes look amazing and super simple!! Will definitely try! I would also add some broccoli into them too.

Can you tell us which Airfryer you prefer to cook with..
i know this can save on electricity but if you cook say chicken in here you'll still need over on for fries or potato for the meal?
Just to jump in on this .... Fries and jackets are very easy in the AF, in fact better than using your oven. There are tons of recipes on YT .
