In 2 months I went from 4 inches of rim to grabbing it with ease. I’m 6’2 and everytime I try hold onto the rim my hands slip off
Try wearing football gloves trust me it will help you out then once you do that start with out them that will work 😉
Maybe you should get some hand grippers they strengthen your grip more

you can hang on the rim if its to avoid injury to your self or other players, you are not allowed to pull your self up if no one is under you
@@HXC_Riftyz I get that, but many times I see players hanging on the rim, there would be no injury if they didn't, and still no T's are given.
