Did the Cleveland Guardians make the right move by sending Kyle Manzardo back to AAA?

- The Cleveland Guardians welcomed back Jose Ramirez from the Paternity List, but made a tough decision to option Kyle Manzardo to AAA. Manzardo appeared in 30 games for the Guards and batted .207 average to go with .241 OBS and .329 slugging. Along with seven RBIs, there was a lot of fans who were interested in seeing Manzardo continue to get playing time, but his lack of production seems to be what led to the Cleveland Guardians decision to option him to Triple-A.

I am a Rays fan, so I think that Manzardo is going to be good over the long run since he was a top rated prospect in their system. Aaron Civale though has been disappointing.
They need to make a trade for a SP and hitter.

He wasn’t hitting. Rod was hitting in the minors and deserves another shot.. just as Kyle will if he regains his ability to hit. There is also a long time wonderful guy who needs to be replaced on the starting rotation. Give Avila a chance.. he seems to get stronger the more innings he pitches. I don’t think the Club is going to spend money in any deal before the trade deadline. Therefore they need to make the right moves with what they have available.
