Hey Teresa, make sure you check the back of the bacon It will look meaty in the front and the back be full of fat. The back will show you if the bacon is meaty so it won't shrink to nothing. Just my strategy because bacon is too expensive to be shrinking up!!! 🤣🤣🤣
