Holsworthy - Community Involved Service Change

Following the potential closure of beds and services at the local community hospital, NHS Devon Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) worked closely with the people of Holsworthy to consider services in a new way. The Holsworthy Community Involvement Group was formed, and with the support of the CCG and other partners, is now involved in many different aspects of what the community has to offer health and care, while working effectively with the CCG and partners to implement community involved service change.
