We are a family of two and our fridge is STUFFED yet we have a constant "nothing to eat" problem. 😅 I so admire how you manage to have such clean and organized space while having two children! Goals for sure!
Try meal planning, ans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in your plans.
Then food prep (not meal prep), for example marinating meats before freezing them, soaking legumes and beans, washing and cutting/steaming veggies, making smoothie packs...

💖💖💖 great video. Thank you! I wish our refrigerators were built as thoughtfully as yours! I am so impressed with the design that gives room to store lots of condiments and sauces. My refrigerator seems packed full of condiments and I think I probably have fewer than you, but I don't have the doors designed to store them well. And I love the pull out shelves in your freezer. Again, it just makes it so easy to organize. Also adored seeing the flower market, how incredible!
