Was planning to buy this bike but only trust 2 reviewers based on their knowledge of bikes one is shumi from motorinc and you brother. I wanted to verify only one thing I have driven the old 250 it had a sweet suspension. This one has fallen outside that sweet spot due to the changes. According to shumi . What is your opinion about this.
@@UzairKhan-od8hq well, Shumi is wrong about it. The only thing that's changed is the stability post 130 km/h due to the change in steering geometry. The monoshock is the same. The fork is obviously different and though it is a tad firmer comparatively, it's not bone jarring by any stretch of imagination. Again, the monoshock is the same. The problem with Shumi is that in his eternal quest to sound different, he makes technical blunders. I am a follower of this channel and ik the earlier highway review where you addressed the lack of research or basically ignorance Sagar did on the wheelbase change of this bike. I have not driven the new n 250 but I really don't feel the need of upside down forks on bikes which are not gonna get the best out of that setup. For a track bike or an adventure bike the structural engineering of upside down forks really does great. On the other hand for daily commute and tackling our Indian roads I always felt that telescopic suspension are good.
@@UzairKhan-od8hqthe USD are being demanded by the people because it looks good, it was never about getting a firmer suspension as far as the end users are concerned, they just want it to look like those high end liter bikes which have fat tyres and fat forks, hence the USD, they didn't understand that there is a certain "purpose" for USD's to be provided for a machine.

However I like the previous gen 250 cause for me the instrument cluster was trademark pulsar and the practicality of the telescopic suspension for Indian roads is awesome.
I am planning to buy my first bike my budget is 2lakh max . Please suggest me on which bike is better for me N250 or N160 . I mostly commute in the city and atmost once or twice in a month i go for long rides like 300 to 400km on a single day . I am currently using my brother's ns200 its doing a great job . I want to buy a different bike from my brother so ns200 is out of oprion 😅

@@aashutoshbhagat2677 couldn't take it above 138 km/h on the speedo because of the wobble. At 138 km/h, it showed a 6.5 per cent error.
