- MIYACHI is a rapper who is from New York City and broke out in the Japanese music industry in recent years with his ability to switch his rhymes masterfully from English to Japanese.
Here he discusses his come up from a regular Asian-American (biracial, half Japanese) kid in New York, to becoming the MIYACHI today, who has performed in numerous venues in Japan.
Matt Cab is a music producer who has a numerous amount of songs under his belt, producing for artists from BTS, Crystal Kay, YOSHI, and many others. Now MIYACHI and Matt have collaborated together to create a new album, that will be released Jan. 28, 2021. The album captures the elements of what it is really like to be a part of the international crowd living in Japan. It's a tight-knit community here for all those bilingual, mixed Japanese, international kids here.

@@blinksstayfresh2524 Yeah, I'm not the biggest rap fan but he has good flow and the tracks he's on are really good. I kind of feel bad about liking the confessions more, because he put a lot of time and effort into his rap career. Meanwhile for KC, he just has to ask random questions and chill with strangers.
They don't have to be mutually exclusive of course. He can achieve success in both, I just personally want the KC series to never end. I also think his KC channel is going to blow up soon, easy 500k + subs.

You talk to them and they just don't act the same as you or view things differently. There's zero tribalism behind being mixed right now, as the world is so intertwined with their own race. It's beautiful sometimes to think, we're the forefront of a future that is inevitable.
