      My advice -
      1. Warming Up. Before you even think about running, you ought to make sure you complete a warmup and do a few stretch exercises.
      Focus on Breathing.
      Get the Right Gear.
      Run long at low pace.
      Do Intervals.
      Add in Strength Training.
      Eat Right!
      Get A Running Buddy.
      Stretch after the run to increase fast recovery.
