- Boat ride to the Stuart FL Sandbar, St Lucie Inlet, Hutchinson Island. The Stuart sandbar near the St Lucie Inlet is a favorite spot for local boaters. Pure Paradise! Check out the caribbean-blue waters! The sandbar is a great snorkeling spot too! Yes there is even a restaurant on a boat out there! Kind of like a food truck only on a boat. You can only get to this sandbar by boat, paddleboard or kayak. This is living the salt life Florida-style.

Stuart is has such a cool vibe.
Water such a beautiful turqouise. Will we have summers like this again without black Lake Okechobee discharges, and without toxic green slimy
algae?
Let's hope the political will is there to fix the plumbing and stop the pollution from pouring from Lake O. Amazing how our waters clear up when they are not discharging!

Where is exactly this location
The Indian River Lagoon, Stuart FL. Just off to the right after you go through St Lucie inlet.
But, when is incoming tide it looks and feels like a wastewater treatment pond.
As you can see in the video, it's pure paradise when they are not discharging from Lake O. Discharges definately change the water quality. Hopefully, one day they will have the political will to fix that!
