For more than a decade, Tommy Baker has led a group of week-end bikers on rides literally all across America. Along the way, he decided they should call themselves "The Ice Cream Men From Hell." He designed a patch and gave the 'colors' to the riders he thought were worthy. They weren't an official Motorcycle Club, but maybe - one day - they'll try. That day has finally arrived. Baker put together the quintessential biker journey - a biker boot camp - to see if he and his buddies had what it takes to be a real Motorcycle Club - an M.C. - an American M.C. Getting seventeen men, from all walks of life and three states together is the first mission - and it doesn't go smoothly. Once they do all meet up and start riding together - five minutes in, one of them goes down.

I am 42 and been biking since 16. At 17 I ran out of gas on the interstate and guess who pulled over and walked up to me? Two bikers that looked to be straight out of prison. They went and bought gas and brought back to me. I was so scared when they first approached me. Bikers are awesome and we are ALL family!

In 1968 I was with my parents and my sister in our 1967 Oldsmobile Vista cruiser wagon we were going west out of Chicago towards the suburbs and I will never forget what I saw there were 20 hells Angels strong they rode up beside us on the city streets they rode past us as I stared in amazement and I'll never forget the tail Gunner rolled up and slow down looked at me gave me a grin he gave me a nod I was truly captivated because as a kid to an older man today I've always loved motorcycles and cars and yes I was truly impressed it was an unforgettable memory for me as a child as it is today ride safe

The men I know in the HA have done so many wonderful things in my State by raising money for children and friends in need. When the COVID pandemic started and folks were looting, they helped our police by assisting them in protecting our business owners. Good hearted Men!! Much love and appreciation!!

Man, remember the 1st time I met the HELLS ANGELS on the side of the road in Utah , like 40 yrs ago, we farmed and I was selling corn on the side of the road when a few angels rode by and remember them stopping by since their was a big clear patch on the side of the rode , them dudes all so freaking cool ,they all introduce themselves and stated their brother was having some problems with his hog , so they started fixing the hog, we started a fire, some brother took off and came back with sum big slabs of beef, threw them on the old pit ,roasted some fresh salt n pepper sweet corn and made a bad ass salad,we raised a whole bunch of different vegetables , man honestly ,I've always heard about the HELLS ANGELS being racist or prejudice and simply trouble makers, since as long as I can remember, that's what everybody in town used to say , I call that total BS, IM HISPANIC, and not only has had nothing but love coming from THE H.A., we've met a whole bunch of times on the road cause when I grew older I became a roadie for a whole bunch of bands for a whole bunch of years, and I've received nothing but love and respect from my brothers and sisters !! ✌️🇺🇲✌️ .... ps. remember everybody left with their saddlebags all overstuffed with fresh corn,radishes,zuchinnis and a few bottle of tequila my Daddy gave em all !! If I was one of these “American M.C.” television riders, I would always be afraid that one day “off camera” a group of the Hells Angles would beat the life out of me. Funny how they try so hard to associate with the H-As, yet you never see any real close up comradery between the TV reality “Wild Hogs” American M.C. Guys and true H-As.
The extremely brief voice clips of them talking to a H-A member (but never a visual close up), and far away camera shots of the H-As riding in group formation, are just hints at how protective the H-As would be, especially when there would be a camera around. All close up shots are of the TV reality American M.C. group or other non-Hells Angel associated group. In all probability, the close up interviews with someone actually wearing the H-A patches, is staged. Yes, I am sure the Hells Angels do ride at this event. But it is a public event and all riders are welcome. That does not mean you will get to ride within the groupings of the Hells Angels.
I dare say that they will keep to their own. The old guy in leathers saying it was great to see these riders when he was in prison, and talking about brotherhood,...nope, is is not a member of the H-As.
The voice that is thanking the police department for their cooperation and “we couldn’t have done it without them”...not a H-A spokesman, but most likely a “American M.C reality TV show” spokesman. I don’t know whether to cringe or laugh when the guys of “American M.C” say at the end “...let’s get up the road away from all these cops...”, like the police are really worried or interested in their reality TV activity. Are these guys stuck in high school? Embarrassing.
Don’t misunderstand me. I am in no way praising the Hells Angels or trying to celebrate who they are.
In reality, they are a very dangerous group of people. Involved in much illegal drug activity, weapons activity, etc. Just about any activity they can do involving big money. And be assured, they will murder. They require very much to be in their “brotherhood”. Very much including privacy.

If the cameras weren't around they'd probably have no bikes as having MC on the vest is enough to lose the bikes or have them crushed on the spot.

If you really want it, buy you a good bike find your closest charter and go hangout a while if they invite you on a ride keep up and stay up, then hang around awhile and put in the work

Ain't no expert. Seen a lot of film of the 60's and 70's HA's. Been to bike shows where the Mongols and HA's walked on the same grass, dont remember anyone posing for the Shotmaker crane or cameras.

I know an angel in the city in England I live in. I know him through a night club and friends. Again he’s a great guy. Anyone that’s having fun I respect. South Parks just a comedy. I don't think they'd care because they wouldn't want much trouble either, as long as you didn't ride inside the pack and i guess you can only pass them if the leader allow you to but I'm not sure about that part what i know for sure they won't let you ride too close to them or in their pack.

I was a hang around with 81. Still a friend of the club and when I tell you they ride hard.....one time I was told to meet them at a train station an hour away from my house. The ride back was rhe funnest ride of my life. We rolled through every light and sign with people stopping and passed every car on both sides. People move when that pack comes through
