Rustic Bread Recipe:
Sift 400 g wheat flour.
Add a little flour (add flour in portions).
Add 300 ml of warm water.
Mix well.
Add 3 grams of dry yeast.
Add some more flour.
Mix.
2 teaspoons of salt.
Mix.
I added the rest of the flour.
Mix well in a bowl.
Dig up and place in a warm place for 1 hour.
The dough has risen well.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Dust the dough with flour.
Repeat after me.
Shape the dough into a ball.
Take a bowl and a towel.
Dust the cloth well with flour.
Put the dough on a towel.
Dust the dough well with flour.
Cover with a towel and place in the fridge overnight (12 hours).
Put the bread in a bowl.
Make incisions in the dough with a knife.
We put the bread in a preheated oven.
Bake for 30 minutes at 230°C.
Open cover.
And bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let the bread cool completely.

Erstmal danke für dein Rezept und das schöne Video. In der Beschreibung des Rezepts wurde jedoch aus irgendeinem Grund der unterste Satz der ersten Spalte mit dem untersten Satz der zweiten Spalte vertauscht.
Spalte eins: Mit einem Handtuch abdecken und über Nacht (12 Stunden) in den Kühlschrank stellen.
Säule zwei: Ausgraben und 1 Stunde an einen warmen Ort stellen.
Vielleicht ist es gut, dies anzupassen. Nichts als gut für dich und weiter so.
