I love Da Nang city most! I want to retired there. It's beautiful city and beach, delicious food, cheap things, friendly people... I like to take a milk coffe in the morning in Vietnam, it's perfect coffe in the world that I've ever tried!
Da nang is amazing city 😍 love to visit there😊
Thank you for your kind words about my city. Welcome to Da Nang, Vietnam!
Im too
I was surprised by the Vietnamese Coffee. It is the best in the world and coffee culture is insane. Still craving for it here in the US. Pizza 4P is also the best pizza in the world.
😂...Vietnam...an entire country and you focus on COFFEE?..and pizza😂😂...🤦
@@perrykomick9478 tbf coffee culture is BIG in Vietnam and pizza 4P is solid, not your average chain pizza places
Danang is considered the best city to live in Vietnam. Enjoy your stay!
Yes best city
I'm excited. Vietnam is on my bucket list. I love Vietnamese food, as a Fil -American I love how healthy the food is and I love my coffee too.
In Vietnam. Only take " Mai Linh " taxi ( Green color taxi ) or Vina Sun ( White color taxi ).
They run by meter and honesty.
also, "Grab" is a good app to use so you know the price in advance but you need to get a local Vietman number/sim card to have it. Sometimes just get the hotel to arrange them is often better.
I am Vietnamese. I will tell you that the best taxi company in Vietnam today is GSM. They are a taxi company that uses VinFast electric cars, they are the most polite and honest people
@@Hoahongdo7799 Thanks for the tip.
I will take GSM taxi when I come back to visit Saigon. Hopefully that day is not too far.
I just left Danang 2 days ago to Bangkok , it was bloody hot all day every day, I watched the fire/water show and I also went to the bamboo bar to watch footy, I stayed beach Front where you walked along the beach. There are plenty of of sea view rooms deals on Agoda, go to the beach at 5pm onwards and thousands of Vietnamese will be there, I had a great time there
Did you meet any women?
Greetings from Ont. Canada, Zane...my three kids were just in Da Nang a few days ago for a 14 hr. layover before heading to Daegu, S. Korea, they just loved the beach, the food, the friendliness of the people, next time will stay longer.
I love Da Nang city my hometown ❤😊
Welcome to Da Nang City! Good to see you enjoy salt coffee (my favorite as well) and ride around the city center and walk on beach. Love your video as a local Da Nang here!
The tricycle is call “Xích Lô”…those are probably Korean tourists. Hope you enjoyed my town
I am gonna visit da nang soon 😊
Pronounced in English (sick low) - can be a tourist trap if you don't barter in some places. Be sure the driver is clear that they will return you to where they picked you up from unless you particularly want to be taken to a different destination instead of walking.
Supporting from 🇺🇸
Zane looks amazing youtuber 😊
$35/night for that a super tiny room, too expensive. Last year I visited Danang and paid only $14/night room twice bigger than that.
What place? Thank you
Love the first 6 mins of the video with you pulling up a blind, getting into a lift, out of taxi. Incredibly interesting and very well made
I'm Indonesian, I stayed in Da Nang for 2 weeks, I love this little town! I'll come back in August to stay longer!😄
Danag has a lot of history that goes back to the war. The airport was a USA airbase you can still see some of the old hangars from the terminal. Also Bob hope did one of his Christmas specials from there. The beach was nicknamed China beach there was a USA tv show inspired by it. Dana t has definitely grown since the last time I was there I believe 2017. Enjoy how an beautiful river city.
The French colony and American troop both first landed on Vietnam at Đà Nẵng
Hey Zane. Enjoying your videos. Đà Nẵng is one of my favorite cities in Vietnam. Enjoy and be safe buddy.
Exactly what I will be doing soon definitely walking in the water 😂 I’m sure ✔️ I’m going to love Vietnam 🇻🇳 done Thailand 🇹🇭 and the Philippines 🇵🇭 and the food is my main reason for heading here and the prices ❤
The Dragon Bridge isn't really a light show. The dragon breaths fire and then shoots water at 9pm on Saturday and Sunday nights. But the bridge itself is lit up every night.
moving to Da Nang on may 8th! I really appreciate the well made view of the place further confirming my decision...
Wellcome to Việt Nam
Vietnam is beautiful country 😊
AWESOME - you found the Bamboo Bar - my hangout! Nothing better than to sit out front, watch the sunset over the river over drinks and some of their delicious food while listening to them blast out old Rock and Roll from the 60's!
Gave u a thumbs up, subscribe by loving our big cities Ho Chi Minh, Đà Nẵng, Hoi An, Ha Noi and so on of my whole country. Thanks for your coming and impressions on as a country.
One thing I found missing from all the travel vlogs that I've seen so far is the poster did not say when the videos were taken. For example they showed lots of rain or it was too hot etc. The info about the time would help future travelers to plan their travel.
I loveee hue and Danang ! They next to each other but the foods , beach, mountain and everything there is the best there . Honestly if I go to VN that the two place that is my favorite
Great tourist selfies!
Are you kidding me? I left Da Nang at the end of November 1967 never dreaming it would look like this
Nice view from Jakarta ❤
I really enjoyed your video. I will watch other videos you made in Vietnam.
Awesome video 😊 love your videos ❤️❤️
Love your videos 😊❤☕️ Sunday morning 🇺🇸
19:22 thank you for enjoyed our coffee. Hope you had great trip
Amazing coffee! Thanks for dropping a comment!
I am glad you came back to Vietnam and they are called cyclos 😊
The city looks very walkable. Would be very welcome after spending about a month in Malaysia, where sidewalks barely exist and I'm dodging traffic on the street. Loved 4p's in Phnom Penh. I was dying for some western food and it hit the spot in every way! Looking forward to more of your Vietnam vids.
Pizza 4Ps is one of the best pizza places PERIOD! Their pizza could go up against any pizza in the US and probably some pizzas in Italy. The restaurant was founded by a Japansese guy who learned how to make pizzas in proper woodfired pizza ovens.
Hue is pronounced "Hway" :-)
Awesome videos, gorgeous city! Just be careful with the ice, that's what ive heard. ))
Hello, The 3 regions of north central south vietnam all have quite different cultures, people in danang bathing at 5 am o'clock can try the experience. 15'00 : cyclo
( xích lô) .Why did you leave Hanoi early?
😊
Hey. If youre still in town you should go try Adobo Mexican Grill. Kinda like chipotles from back in the states.
I just noticed there is a pizza for p in a nearby mall here in Saigon, I will try it on your recommendation 😊
Nice videos make more!
At the beach, the prices for ALL services are on the signs and the menus, per government mandate. This is to prevent price gouging. And the Da Nang government is very serious about this, and about disallowing street vendors and loitering. This is not true of other beaches in VN, and is a primary reason why Da Nang stands out as a great destination for expats. So make sure you're standing in front of a sign or a menu with prices when you order stuff on the beach, so you can point to the prices.
you're right. that round this is a boat....you'd see a lot of those in Mui Ne, Phan Thiet.
Excuse me? 32 bucks for that tiny ass room? Mate, there are tons of beach side hotels with much larger rooms and better price than that.
I agree Da Nang is incredible
Hi Zame,
Da Nang is the number 1 in Vietnam

That is nice 👍
I recommend the Sea Dragon Hotel
Big fan from Kolkata India 🇮🇳 ❤
❤❤❤❤❤ from 🇻🇳
Lovely hotel room! You're right Zane, it's small but efficient. I would easily pay $35 a night for that room. It's brand-new. That's a bargain.
Subbed bro..I'm from 🇮🇩
Welcome to my country
A bit expensive the hotel, you can find nice places for 10$ per night
probably jasmine, a popular tea in VN.
Go stay at Sea Sand 2 hotel by the beach about $10 USD
How do you get across those busy streets!!!
27:30 The language barrier feels so painful, Zane. You might need someone who can speak Vietnamese to go with you, or you could use google translate and show them what you want to say. Seeing you buying the towel from the old lady is painful. It's not expensive, it's just the language barrier. Vietnam is supposed to be cheap if you come prepared. Be a smart traveler and don't pay more than what you have to.
Dude, I enjoy your videos, but your experience (and that of the locals you are attempting to speak with) would be exponentially improved by using Google Translate. Having just returned from two weeks there, I cannot stress the value of this app.
Looks like you were only in Vietnam a short time. But it's always good to learn the language basics. "Dong" is pronounced more like "dom", "Hue" is 'hway', and so on. Enjoy your travels!
How did you obtain a visa for Vietnam while abroad? Did you use a Vietnamese consulate in Thailand? Or visa on arrival?
Can apply online from anywhere, no need to use third party
Please could you tell which website you used to book the Wink hotel. I looked at their own website and it cosy US$140 for the beginning of December.
Agoda
@@zanetravel thanks a lot!
Da Nang is wonderful.
The nearby city is pronounced "Hway", not "Hugh"
What month were you there?
Why don't you use google translate? She meant the towel is 40.000 Dong, but the seat, floating device and towel and I think fresh water shower too, everything total to 190.000 ......you can just say only seat and towel
Totally agree with you, this is the thing confused me a lot, when watching some CZcamsrs travel around countries and assume everybody can communicate clearly with them in English, then when the language barrier hit their face, they suppose that they get scams or cheated. Just use Google Translate, then everything is fine.
Even I go travel aboard, preparing some information in advance is always good because scams or suck thing can happen in any country in this world.
I really enjoy the content of this video, but not comfortable at all.
Does the hotel have a safe in the room?
what airlines from Ho Chi Minh to Danang
I like to họ to Đà Nẵng once.
da nang is best place for stay longer.super cheap especially night life and flat
yes, anyone loves Danang
14:29 they’re called Xich-Lo. (In English it’s cyclo or tuktuk 🤔)
Google voice translate works well. Good for short questions. Da Nang is not cheap area because it is tourist destination.
Just for ur information, "Huế" isn't pronounced like the word "hue" in english
It's beautiful, this country is amazing and you're a great vologer too
I think the towel lady sold you the towel for 140k not renting
This part is a bit tricky, I can not say whether the woman is scamming or not, cos the communication is not clear, she might be trying to offer the full package of services, anyway I see the price is listed so maybe anyone should check it before and try to use Google translate just in case.
Its called AC 😊
Welcome to Vietnam. ❤
They called it " xich lo " cyclo.
What’s the name of the hotel?
Wink Hotel Da Nang
The cabs can b very dodgy mate
Not all( but loads)
Same in any country
Cabs suck
Do the hotels and restaurants there take credit cards, Visa and America Express to be more specific?
Yes they do honor those card you mention above.
U got ripped off in that closet room!
150 K VND for a towel is way too expensive . It should be only 75 K max .
3 wheel cyclos = Xe Xích Lô
Hue pronounced whay
how old are you
He is 29 and likes only handsome boys.
@@anealson1807lol
Bạn nên vietsud để nhiều người việt xem hơn 😖
Ng Việt chịu khó học tiếng Anh đi bạn, anh này nói rất dễ hiểu
Girly bars?
A lot of people in Da Nang are very friendly, but you met a few scammers overcharging you.
It won’t remain cheap with travellers like this
Paying anything
How much did you pay to rent a beach towel? Seemed like a ripoff.
you know you have a lower face of Liam Neeson?
Why are you limping?
That town was boring but there backpacker and English teacher for fun
The vending machine has been around decades, you should get out more in the west. lol
saalt coffee ? what ? i don't think that a good idea
oh gosh... another awful looking place... I think I made a terrible mistake booking these destinations
Use google translate at least bro! The language barrier is so disturbing. Be smarter next time!
cyclo
