Same, I had surgery two years ago and have been recovering ever sinces. So I haven’t watched CZcams for a long while and decided to check up on these guys… I was absolutely shocked while listening to the heavy hitting video. I am preparing for another surgery so listening to Rob’s recovery story was truly inspiring! He sounds so much better compared to that video and I hope he keeps doing well ❤️

When you’re buying food at home it’s very easy to just choose healthier (for the planet snd body) options, it’s making small changes that add up, eating Taco Bell once in a while as a guilty pleasure is just honest.
We aren’t robots, we are allowed to indulge in less than perfect food choices sometimes to enjoy life.

A shitty mood. Let people live their lives. I wear a mask but don't talk shit on those who don't, especially outside. You're more likely to die in a car accident than catch and die from covid. If you're in a closed in place with others and masks are required, you should wear them, but if you're someplace they're not required, you're free to not wear them.
