My name is Despina, I'm a 29 year old ESL teacher currently living in Greece. I'm a mom to a beautiful baby named Xara, who IS NOW 4! (Can you believe it?!) You talked about having the population up to 10k for the downtown, dont you need 25k?
For the baby names, i use a name generator, there are several online
I always use fake sims name generator. It lets you generate 10 people names at once and you can pick female names and male names.
For name options I made a little list:
Lux
Bernard
Micach
Merry (is that a name? I actually don't know ._. but it's fine)
Hal
Harri
Lew (that's a very uncommon polish name but just means Lion :v)
