A driver's best ability comes from the main parts of the course they represent. Takumi represents Akina, a course known for having a fair amount of high speed corners to medium speed ones, thus he excels in these types of corners and rightfully earns the title for the fastest, "high speed four wheel drift". Considering this fact, the Fujiwara Zone is taking those parts of Akina into other courses and for Takumi to do his most excellent part of going flat out over the apex with the linear power output of an NA and giving crazy acceleration off the turn
People don't understand that the Fujiwara Zone is basically Takumi with a better understanding of the route. Which has a lot of value because it makes him able to keep up with or momentarily surpass the local drivers. Basically it is him knowing his car well and paying attention to the small details to be a little faster.
@@fujineetomori Yes a little bit, Takumi gradually becomes so good that he can almost drive as if he were in Akina. He masters it little by little and the Fujiwara Zone is him doing that without forcing himself, without being forced by Mako or Shinji.
1:49 While playing GT online your rival somehow manages to overtake you in the lesser car, you see him pull away slightly on the corner you were taking, No matter how fast your 1000hp car is... If with half of that power he can pass you effortlessly... you let go of the throtthle feeling defeat wash over you after seeing a risky sucessfull maneuver.
You sit there for a second and think to yourself how you could lose to a lesser car you've put so many hours into driving but yet you get overtaken by a slower car
@@dudeburn64 I had a guy driving a modern STI and I was driving the RA from 2007 in GT6, guy was leading by quite long and 6 corners before the finish at the Sierra Circuit... I easily overtook him on the outside and took the inside on the next turn. I easily pulled away, he had the horsepower to keep pushing me on the straight but he did back off after that risky maneuver.
I have to disagree, this is a masterpiece worthy of Takumi Fujiwara; it captures his essence. The slow start is the calm before the storm; it is the parallel to Takumi's calm disposition. After the first 54 seconds, it reflects his fighting spirit, battle focused, "fujiwara zone" side of him. This theme is extraordinary.

It’s so quiet for so long, if the beat drop wasn’t good, it’d ruin the whole thing. (Not very Initial D like, although “A God of Death” was awesome)

@@equiman85 Shouldn't this theme also be applicable to Keisuke?
