Lullaby to FM Yamaha CP30 + Microcosm

This one will put you to sleep! :) My longest improvised solo with my Yamaha CP-30 from 1978. I explore many different sounds with the hands on panel switches and knobs while the Microcosm handles reverb, delay and a very long loop.

That's a wonderful song, thanks for posting it! I love the versatility of the loop, despite being quite short the feel of the piece really changed depending on what you accompanied it with. Also a great show of the capabilities of the CP-30. I'm getting my own in two weeks and your video definitely helped with the decision to buy one.

The CP 30 is relatively cheap these days. But also very heavy! I got mine for free, but I had to lug it a far ways and get creative to get it setup in my studio. It was worth it👍🏽

I’m aware this was a pre-fm era board for Yamaha. I simply named it “Lullaby to FM” for lack of better titles 😅
