I always don't have to remove any segment of fuel manifold, water manifold and exhaust manifold to remove any individual cylinder head in repair maintenance or troubleshooting of Caterpillar 3500 series diesel generator set engines earlier models likewise 23Z, 24Z and 25Z serial number index respectively. One more point to remembered that Caterpillar always recommend not 🚫 to lubricate cylinder block, cylinder head and any spacer plate gasket or head head in any engine. Always install dry same as in installation of crankshaft wear sleeve and seal group. Caterpillar rebuilt engines in own shop is my real pleasure and passion 🇺🇲🇵🇰💰😉
Excellent work I had a question our 3516 v16 has an issue, the smoke is greatly coming through only one exhaust, the other barely produce any smoke, if anyone could help much appreciated
cool is it possible to run that thing with one open cylinder it be cool to see that massive piston at engine speed just to see how fast it really operates

I want to ask.. When the 3512 engine is turned on it makes a rough sound.. The top part.. Like a clicking sound.. Is that the cause sir...?
