@@Herowebcomics Yeah good luck with that, women aren't interested in these fields by vast majority just as they aren't interested in being truck drivers, bus drivers, construction workers, architects, sewage workers, physicists etc. There are of course a few women in those fields who have genuine interest and clear skill but they are a micro minority.
I already imagine this has happened, a woman who is an actual nerd, likes programming, likes videogames tries to join a space likes this. Gets put into an all women theme or diversity/nepotism team and at every corner she gets attacked and pushed till she quits if she doesn't accept the message and if she is good at her job.
Ask most women working with other women, most will say they feel comfortable to work with guys rather than other girls... because girls can be a lot more nasty most of the time.

You're correct, it's not some based devs being corrupted into DEI, it's the ideology they actually themselves worship, so even without SBI involvement they'd force diversity into the game "because it's cool". And if you look at this photo you realize diversity basically = no white males allowed.

Nah, I'm pretty sure that's just a random DEI photo, where their local "diversity manager" scrounged the whole office block to get a group together to make them feel "empowered". These days AAA games take hundreds of developers to make - if 10% of those in the photo are actually working on a game, I would be surprised.
