Right up my street Dane. I have countless little widgets like this in my toolbox down in the shed. They bring back memories whenever I see 'em. Neat tool.
Hey Steve, how ya doing? All my tools used to be shop built cause they were unique to guitar building and I couldn't afford their StewMac stuff. But I could copy. Now I'm just tired of their greed and they're supposedly slashed prices.
Nice. Lately I’m all about building the tools if I have the time. Much more satisfying and cost effective.
Thanks for this one!
You bet Jag. I have built a lot of jigs and fixtures over the years. When I started build guitars there weren't many tools available. And the ones that were available were very pricey. That pickup winder you built proves you're committed to this concept.
Nice, love a nice home built tool as you know Dane 😀
Thanks Patrick. This was so simple to make. Besides I'm made at Stew right now.
you just saved a small fortune lol got mine from stewmac and you can imagine what I paid for it! I should have did this!
Thanks Randy. Yeah it's good to save a buck wherever you can.
Neat
Thanks!
