Bonsai Exhibition Tour - Bendigo Bonsai Club Show Victoria Australia

Took a drive to regional Victoria to Bendigo who were holding their annual bonsai exhibition. Tour of the bonsai on display including my favourite trees in the show.

Lovely show and amazing trees!! In the future could you slow down a bit with the camera? And maybe get a closeup of the cards telling the species? I really enjoy seeing these shows because I do not know of any near me, and I am a beginner so it really warms my heart to know the tree I am looking at.

The label said it was cotoneaster which I thought was strange.

the one thing i notice is the lack of group plantings ,forests etc

There were a couple of maple groups but you are right, there isn’t much group planting anymore in shows.
