Kintampo is geographically located at the Centre of Ghana. It is also a commercial hub with a huge market which portrays the key role the town plays. Food crop and livestock are among the key items traded between traders from the Northern and Southern zones of Ghana and also from the neigbour countries like Burkina Faso. Kintampo is also home to one of Ghana's most beautiful Waterfalls which has a canopy walk as well.
