Koong is a Korean onomatopoeia for the sound that something makes when it hits the ground after a fall. They use other onomatopoeias throughout the song such as Shooing (for the sound of something moving fast) and bang. Xikers debuted last year and this was a pre-release for their second album, they are trying to make a statement like we're here now, it's a song about arrival in a way. They do have a big storyline that started in their debut song Tricky House, essentially they are Goblins (which has a little bit of a different meaning in Korea than here). Other songs to check out is: Tricky House, Homeboy, Xikey, and We Don't Stop.

It's interesting that 2 of you were bopping along with the song during the first half, but stopped in the second part. When the first person said he only liked the last part everyone agreed even though the body language of two would suggest they liked the first half and not the second.
