Hercules revised some of there stuff and look very impressive. A year or 2 ago I would have laughed at almost any power tool from harbor freight, but I think Hercules have really stepped there game up and became competitive! I am hesitant bc no real experience with them yet on there durability but I would not hesitate to try a Hercules.
I know this comment is old but, they’re awesome. If you haven’t tried any you definitely should. I drank the koolaid after getting the 1/4” impact with the charger and battery deal. Now I have like ten 20v tools and three of the 12v electric ratchets. They have a deal until oct 31 you get one of the 20v tools, 5AH battery(18650 cells, and a charger for like $100. Can’t beat it. 5 year warranty on the tools and 3 on the batteries. And the warranty claims are always just go in, drop it on the counter and grab another.
@@nickrobinsonaws732 I’ve since won a 1/2” high torque Hercules in a raffle. I already owned a Milwaukee 1/2 high and mid 3/8 high and mid , stubby 3/8 etc and altho I keep the Hercules a back up I’ve tested it and it keeps right up with all of them! If I was just now investing in a battery platform , I may have chosen Hercules over Milwaukee for the sole point of the price. They are very competitive tools currently!id certainly choose Hercules over Dewalt !
When you buy a cordless tool you're buying into its ecosystem, makes the Hercules a great option if you just want a drill but if I'm getting all the toys I'd be hesitant to invest.
I entered the trades at the start of this year as a diesel tech and when i was looking to get some power tools and was asking around my coworker mentioned hercules. Ive always avoided HF power tools like theyre the plague. But ive been using the 3/8 impact, driver, and sawzall for 3 months now and they havnt let me down at all. Got their hammer drill yesterday but have yet to use it
Rf engineer, i do tv and radio. Mostly decom/decon of legacy sites. I use hercules for any task and the only issue ive had is that they dont take falls like dewalt and milwaukee will. Herc the "jerk" fell 8 feet and the trigger became flacid. Dewalt bounced, got up and went right back to work.
At least Harbor Freight stepped up with the warranty on these brushless Hercules. 5 years tool and 3 years for the battery. The crap warranty was one of the reasons I was shied away from Harbor Freight power tools plus I didn't think they were all that great even for the dirt cheap price. The one impact wrench I bought I used the money I saved with the coupon to pay for the extra 2-year replacement plan
I bought the drill driver and the clutch fell apart first time I turned it. Sent a review in and quality control intercepted it and contacted me. Exchanged that 1 and 2nd one the clutch is seriously loose. QC guy has shipped me 1 amd I have to send mine to their office for inspection
I used to be at die hard Makita man. it didn't matter what it was it had Makita on it if it was in my box. around 10 years ago I started switching to DeWalt because I thought they had a better product at the time and they did but now I am Milwaukee all the way except for my compound miter saw and the next one I purchased will be a Milwaukee. in my opinion Milwaukee is the best
Okay, so I need a new hammer drill combo. I was about to pull the trigger on the ridgid, but then I saw this. Do you have a head to head of the two? R86115B would be the Ridgid.
no pues quien esta hablando de Milwaukee en lugar de abansar se atraso su putada de high torque todo defectoso su gen for peor su corta sacate una porqueria y estos harbor freight tools si que abansaron 🤧
Ma'am if you can't handle the truth, and we show you that we are willing to backup what we say, then you're the only one losing credibility. You know absolutely nothing about tools but the name on the side
70 bucks, good warranty and hasn’t let me down on daily heavy use the last year

It does have very impressive torque but there are a few things about it that would prevent me from bringing the Hercules to the job site.

That drill looks good. The new impact driver is a beast too. I've seen a test where it beat the name brands. Pretty impressive given the price.
I would agree
I can confirm this drill can take a beating an will hold up dropped down some stairs from 15 feet

Awesome
For 100 bucks as a kit with their sale going on, buy a 5AH battery with charger and get this as a free tool, can’t beat it!
Been wanting to get into Hercules for awhile now, because I wanted to upgrade from my Hart intro, and these recent deals got me in 😁
Just waiting for the track saw to come out

Oh yea and they haven't uploaded my review either lol doubtful they will. They don't want bad juju already on their brand new line
Thank you for sharing your experience
@@ns_racing What tools do you normally use and what prompted you to buy Hercules
Hercules for the overall cost/benefit win for 70% of tools. If I tan a crew, that’s what I’d have on the job site.
Everyday use is the best test.
Got the DRILL DRIVER VERSION it's nice been TESTING it and I IMPRESSED
It is impressive. Might be the best or one of the best values out there
Can't believe I'm the one to point out that this isn't a hammer drill. Not that it makes a difference in this test. But still...
Ma'am, you're letting your arrogance expose your ignorance. You don't even know the basics.
Ha…. Never forgets to shoot shots at the Makita….
I am just spreading the good word
Love my Makita

If you're going to buy any Ridgid make it the R861152 and get the kit with the four mode impact driver.
I realized that there was a big difference with the the 1152 "High Torque" Hammer Drill. That it was I ordered in the kit.
@dylanfinch6186 That's the one I personally use around the house.
Needs anti kickback like the flex tools have ngl
Why not put it on mode 2?
Speed 2 is for low torque and high speed
It’s free drill folk’s 😊
Millwauke one of the best ones
Ok, yeah and?

Hercules can't melt steel beams
Well it's not red but not to bad for a cheap drill .
It's within a few ftlbs of the Dewalt Power Detect
It’s a 6x6 dude lol
K
Woa Impressive!
Yes sir
U got paid by hercules??
Think so.
Ma'am, the next thought you have will be the first you've ever had
How many times you gonna be changing that battery when your building 15'x32' deck?
Whatever excuse you need to tell yourself
@@ToolswithSoAlz that torque is gonna eat that battery alive
How often do you feel the need to lie to yourself and tell people you know nothing about tools?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💯👍😎
Hey the numbers don't lie.
Milwaukee!
What is "soalz" is that like autism?
Nice attempt at an insult. SoAlz stands for "Sons of Alzheimer's" because I was diagnosed in 2019 and my mother also had the condition.
Yea but what's the maximum pork in your belly
So you prefer watching videos with thinner men who are more attractive to you. Well that's one way of coming out
Why are you always putting Makita tools down for low quality tools? At the end you will not have no credibility left

It's literally a blue gen 3 m18 Milwaukee with Hercules slapped on the side. Idk why ppl think this is a life changing hammer drill.
So, it isn't and it isn't even close to the Gen 3. I would know since I own them both.
