- ACCIDENT !!! - Excavator / Digger Accident: Volvo Excavator / Digger crash / accident. The tracked excavator, by accident the digger driver got stuck in the deep mud of Hull. After the accident attempts to pull the 20 tonne excavator out with a single JCB digger had been unsuccessful. This resulted in the Volvo machine sinking even deeper into the mud and making the hole 15 meters larger attempts to remove the excavator were aborted for the day as darkness fell..

Amazing Volvo accident. La pelle sur chenilles, par accident, est resté coincé dans la boue profonde de Hull. Après l'accident tente de tirer sur la pelle de 20 tonnes avec une seule machine JCB n'avait pas été retenue. Il en est résulté la machine Volvo naufrage encore plus profondément dans la boue et faire le trou de 15 mètres de plus visant à éliminer l'excavatrice ont avorté pour la journée tombée de la nuit ..
Le jour après le retrait réussi de la machine, nécessaire à l'aide des trois opérateurs qualifiés, le JCB en plus d'une pelle sur chenilles Komatsu qui avait été introduit dans le chargeur de niveau bas pour aider.

this happends its not the drivers falt its the owners for putting lads on theses machines with small exp on them.. on the other hand this could happen to any one it only takes a small slip up i never done it in my 9 years but as they say never say never
the operator in that Volvo needs to be taught how to operate a machine. wasn't even stuck useless
Level the dirt off BEFORE you get in the hole or dig out the mud first and this will never happen.

@Marty1fatbstard nah mate. its experience and learning the limits without having an accident that makes one a good operator. not having an accident and thinking "shit, i wont do that agean" thats if your not dead or killed somebody. when i first worked in quarrys, i used to shit bricks cos i didnt know the limits of the machine, would i have been a better driver if i put machine over the edge to find its limits? lol
bit of advice on how to get out of trouble.................Dont get in it in the first place!!!!!!
What i fool for putting the machine in there in the first place and secondly the fool in the komatsu would have been safer out of the road, fool couldn drive a nail in a spud!

1st off, yes im a sad bastard looking at machines in my spare time lol everyone been in a situation where mistakes are made, its also how you get out of them mistakes that sets you apart from the crap, every plant op has had a stupid moment. and talking about crap, or should i say stone ledge. they have some good drivers but some idiots too. i bet it wasnt the old boys who got the 210 stuck. wander if it was that pete acey lol
