Evil for evil's sake is terrifying in itself, mainly because it removes any perceived nuances that foolish sympathizers want to project onto a villain to make them less evil. The villain themselves would be offended and choose to do wrong not because they think it's right, but because they enjoy doing immoral things.
Out of all the villains in this series, AFO is the only one who is evil for evil's sake. The league of villains were all wronged by society and the Liberation Front and the Humanizers want to change the world for their version of better. AFO just wants to be an eternal prince of darkness and that's it.

Came back from a certain chapter, because I wanted to see All Mights impressive and determined face. He truly is the symbol of peace and his expression with those shining blue eyes show his strength despite him losing One For All and a healthy body. People shudder by his willpower similar to how AFO and Stain made other people nearby afraid by their sheer presence.
And yet, when you actually think about it, AFO’s desire to become the greatest villain is basically the same reason Deku wanted to become the greatest hero. AFO admired villains, and Deku admired heroes, but unlike Deku, AFO was born with the power to make his dream a reality. Shigaraki is more like the inverse of All Might more so than AFO, because he also wanted to become a “symbol” of his own.

I think it has something to do with the combination of his monotone voice, calm demeanor, and broad vocabulary. He’s like a grandfather who worked as an English teacher for 50 years.
Believe it or not, John Swasey is one of the reasons why I like the English version of AFO slightly more than the Japanese verison. Don’t get me wrong!!! They are both great. But the subtitles translate AFO as being a very average speaker. His vocabulary is about the same as everyone else’s. Which makes his intelligence and sense of calculation less believable. I think John Swasey knew this. And that’s why he gave AFO such a vast choice in vernacular to make him sound more like an intellectual and thereby persuading the viewer into believing in AFO’s incredible foresight.

Magneto would *Hate* all for one. All for One is living in magneto's dream and chooses to kill his fellow supers or exert control over them. Watch magneto react in the show, or the movies, or the comics when ANYONE brings up removing mutant powers.

Midoriya is making huge progress now, and what I really love is the symbolism in it all - Midoriya will protect All Might when the time comes and defeat Shigaraki and All For One, but though Midoriya is the vessel (a strong and mighty hero, of course) it won't just be Midoriya's strength alone. It will be the previous users of OFA, including all Might, who also take him down, their power working in tandem with Midoriya to see him come down. Even if all the previous users including All Might couldn't beat All For One, they will still defeat him in the end. All Might is confident in his words here because he's confident in Midoriya. It will be amazing to see.

There are some threats in this universe that are simply to powerful to be allowed to survive, even in containment. All for one SHOULD'VE been one of them. That prison cannot contain him, he hasn't escaped...not because he is incapable of escaping, but because he doesn't WANT to. I know it's not very "heroic" to kill, that heroes always practice mercy and compassion...but a true savior must understand when such things must end...for the sake of all that lives. The existential threat that All for one represents is too great to be allowed to exist, he CANNOT be contained, and nothing is worth the risk of his escape! His power...his intelligence...his drive...it's all too dangerous...he has to die. For the sake of every person who cries out for peace, All for one must be slain.
