Whoa the editing is so good, like during the countdown and transitions and all that! Also, i like how you gave the marbles a darker outline and a streak, it really makes them easy to see. YAH GOOD JOB

Wow I loved how at the end the music matched up exactly as when yellow won! And somehow Green got the final spot in every single leg except for leg 3 and got into the finals and gets 3rd place meanwhile purple gets 2nd! Epic Video John Dubuc

Can we please talk about how Green was the last to finish every single leg except one, and then capped it off with a third-place finale finish.

i always chose 3 marbles to root for (don't @ me, its how I like to do it) and it was very pog that they got in the top three

This is cool and all, but can this race do my physics homework?
yes because Algodoo has very realistic physics
Jokes aside, this was definitely a good race.
My biggest criticism is that most of the legs were mostly just "challenges" rather than "races", where marbles needed to do a specific thing before the other marbles. I just personally find long, defined pathways with a clear a -> b format more interesting to watch as it's not the marbles going through the same short track loop over and over again.
Of course, those kinds of races are harder to build than the short loops so I can see why you built mostly those smaller loops.
@@erikfassett Yeah, that's sort of how these go usually. It makes the camerawork easier and keeps things more compact. I usually save the more "racey" legs for the part by part series.

I always take pride in syncing music up to marbles
Hooray for yellow! Consistently performed well, which was cool to see.
I enjoy your videos. One thought, though, is that the heavy use of fast forward may mean your level design could use work. Unless you like it that way, of course. One thing that I've seen others do is adjust the obstacles late in a stage. So for stage 4, you could eliminate the blocking ball once there was only one left, and reverse or remove the spinner in stage 6, as a reaction to the final slot being filled so that the marble being KOed can finish sooner. Maybe also have some wedges of the roulettes change color at the end.
Again, just a thought. I don't know how tricky that may be to program into the stages, and the design is your own decision, of course.

Im voting on green wow this is so great i aprreciate all ur hard work i could not even do any of this amazing work done great job!
If this video was in story mode, I would summarize it like this:
Leg 1
All marbles were just pushing their way through the holes. Then at one point, Brown pushed Cyan through one of the holes, nothing much, but Brown passed the leg first. Pink, who was in 5th sometime, was pushed by everyone, and he even bounced up to the previous bowl. Unlucky Pink has been eliminated and was ranked 9th in the race.
Leg 2
Purple did all of the sections without going back once. Extremely lucky right there. Followed by Orange and Cyan, they did the course fast. Then Green failed a section, then Yellow right after, pushing Green, then Brown right after, pushing Yellow. He was the next one to make it. The rest of the race wasn't that interesting, but Red got eliminated, being ranked 8th in the race.
Leg 3
Lucky Blue got past everything in the course first try. Cyan pushes Brown to the final jump which he goes over green to 2nd place. Purple gives green a boost at the last jump and they both take 3rd and 4th. Cyan who was about to make it, gets pushed off at the last minute while Orange eliminates him and puts him in 7th in the race.
Leg 4
Like last time, Yellow does this course first try. Everyone else took a long time, but they all finally did it. The rest of the race wasn't very interesting, like Leg 2, but Brown was eliminated and ranked 6th in the race.
Leg 5
Blue gives Purple a boost which allowed him to take 1st. He also gives Orange a boost, and he got 2nd. Him and Green then give Yellow a boost, taking 3rd. Green makes it himself to get 4th and eliminate Blue, putting him in 5th for the race. So noble to sacrifice himself for everyone.
Leg 6
This one was a long one since everyone kept struggling. However, Yellow does this course first try like Leg 4. Purple was dropping down to the end, then Orange came through and tried to block him. But Purple pushes his way and gets Orange out of his way, and made a perfect timing to drop down to his 2nd place. This was an interesting finish, Green was at the final drop, then Orange came and sacrificed himself by pushing Green to his 3rd place. I guess Orange and Blue are the true heroes of this race. Orange was eliminated last and ranked 4th for the race.
Leg 7
This one took even longer for someone to win. There were a lot of beats/close calls in this one. Listing them in order, Yellow nearly made it. Green made it close, but not enough. Then again. And then followed by Purple who was closer. Then Yellow again. And finally, Yellow makes it and is the winner of the race. The runner-up was purple, and Green is 3rd once again.

Second Choice (Pink): Last :(
Third Choice (Purple): 2nd
For a rookie, Purple was good. I just watched a full-on story take place here lmao, my two veterans get taken out instantly, one after the other almost, XD, and the rookie makes it.
Honestly, I saw Orange and Brown as the bullies, and yellow as a kind of mentor for purple. There was a legit relationship between yellow, Purple, Green, and blue. Blue and green sacrifice one of themselves to get Purple to safety, yellow boosts Purple, and brown gets taken down by green.
Now orange, the ringleader is left, and all three of the marbles have to work together to beat him. And they do! It's like a little story.
