This is a full speed build video of a Nissan Skyline 2000GTR hardtop. I built it from the original kit with no custom parts and it is still satisfying when finished. The molding and detail of Tamiya model kit is always amazing. Hope you like it, thanks for watching, and welcome to subscribe!

The silver you used looks amazing. This turned out beautiful for sure. Great work. What is the silver paint you used for the body? I seem to always have trouble with silvers and they don't quite turn out how I want them.

Thank you❤️ This body color is not silver but aluminum . Metallic paint requires a very smooth primer, you can try sanding the primer with 3000 to 5000 or spraying gloss black over the primer and then spraying the metallic.

Thank you for sharing. Are you using Enamel or Acrylic paints? Are the parts Primed before painting?

Thank you. I mostly use Mr.color C series paints, and yes I use primer on every parts.

Thank you! I didn't use any mesh, just painted it black.

Do you prime the engine parts first or just go straight to color?

Hello. Did you receive any sponsorship fees from Tamiya to shoot this video or did they give you this product as a gift?
