I think the majority of people watch these videos to see exactly WHERE & HOW to give the actual shot. When this part occurred at the end it wasn't explained nor viewable because you and your daughter should have traded places. It would have made a world of difference. I learned more about alcohol pads than I did about where to place the shot on my dog.

Pro tip: to draw out all the liquid and prevent releasing air at the end; fill the syringe with a good 1-2cc’s of air and then inject the air into the water mix and then it’ll draw up the liquid easily and effortlessly.
Edit: referring to when you draw up the constituted mixture into the syringe you’ll be doing the injection with. And adding air into the vial will give you back pressure to help you suck all the liquid up faster.

Pro tip! When administrating the shot in/under the loose skin at the back of the neck, after pushing the Needle into the skin, (while you have the loose skin pinched and pulled away from the muscle, into the loose skin, just underneath where your fingers are pinched) first draw back on the syringe just a tiny bit to be sure you're not in a blood vessel, which tends to be on the sides rather than the middle, and if no blood draws back, then you're clear to slowly push the solution into the subcutaneously! If you draw blood, choose another injection site.
    Cheers! Don't Over Think It!
If You're Not Comfortable Doing It Yourself, it's Honestly Less Than $30 to take a puppy to get shots in most major areas. Do Not Hesitate To Get Your Puppy Vaccinated! You Can Believe me, as I've lost an 8 month old puppy to parvo, because I simply didn't get her vaccinated! :(

You can purchase vaccines at feed stores also. You pick the puppy's skin up make a V shape and inject right under. For some reason the puppy I just got is a big screamer that he even rolled on my daughter while I had the shot in him, and I've never had that problem before when I use to breed and had to give shot to 9 puppies at a time. He has one more shot any advice?

Brianna Lee if you havent gotten an answer the parvo is 3 rounds. The first two are the 5 in 1. The third being the last is the 9 in 1. They are about $7 a piece making it a total of less than $25 with taxes according to where you live of course. Ive done all of these rounds of shots to both of my beautiful chihuahuas. I cant stand needles but its that or risk them getting sick with awful viruses and not living a full life. These vaccinations absolutely work. My oldest is 6 and my youngest is 6 months.

Correct, just under the first layer of skin. First shot is at 5 weeks then again at 9 weeks old and 12 weeks. At 12 weeks you want to make sure your puppy gets a health checkup and rabies shot from vet. Sorry for late reply Kim.
