I grow roses as a hobby. I have had as many as 49 plants blooming -- but ultimately they all fade way. I am so glad the Lord is preparing a place where the roses never fade.
This song is a reminder of the truth that awaits me and all believers.
No TV, no radio just a close family singing together. It was once like this for everyone but today the focus with many is only on oneself. Believe in Jesus as the righteous will meet him one and have eternal happiness. .

I lost my brother in September, I'm listening to this again. I now have my father and 2 brothers up there. I saw the look on my brother when he left us. He had his arms up, and he was smiling. I performed this song some years ago in a little ol' country church in Alabama. Was supposed to be finished but the pastor saw this one peaking out from my book. Asked me to do before I left. Had not played it for a while so...prayed real quick, Lord guide me thru this one. Glad it say that it came off pretty good. After the service a woman approached me and said that she had just lost her sister about a week ago and that this song was her sister's favorite. God knew. I was so happy that the Lord used me in this way. PTL.
