Hey just subscribed! This was extremely helpful. I’m 43 and just started my channel. I’ve been fumbling my way around on CapCut and I’m embarrassed to admit I’ve been doing the zooming in effect all wrong! I’ve just been clipping and cropping but it makes it look disjointed lol 🤦🏽♀️😅 I also only edit on my phone so not sure if. Can even do everything you shared, but do you know if that for the free version of CapCut or paid?

ok so I’ve been following along! Idk wut version CapCut u have, I have v3.4.0 maybe I need an update?… but I don’t have “remove BG” but I do have “cutout” which does the same thing. I also don’t have “transform” , it’s “position & size” REGARDLESS of semantics, this video was fire af and I was so excited every time I got one of these to work (some of them were a bit tricky hehe) THANK YOU KRISSY!!!!! ❤❤❤
Great video. I am torn between music or no music. I watch a couple of channels where people love the music. And then i read comments saying im glad you dont use music. 😅. I fancy soft music in the background, i will prob add it. Also, im going to compare capcut and imovie. The interfaces are similar. Im going to record on my phone for my. I've gotta get the settings right for android. 😂

I want to start my CZcams channel using my phone however my background for recording is not great 😢 Please can you do a video on how I can use an artificial background like bedroom setup or office

Hey hun, I think it’s a desktop, due to the little mouse arrow, she uses cmd and also she seems to be selecting files from a desktop folders.
@iammathapelo hey! Ok, thank you. I figured it was a desktop but just wanted to ask anyways. I know they have keyboards and Bluetooth connected mouse for tablets and laptops now too, so I was asking for clarity. Thank you so much for the response. Watching her edit this way seems so much better than my current way of editing!

is there a way to add text behind subject using an iphone/ipad. Without having to export a clip and add it back in
As far as what I have seen, you can only do it without exporting if you have text as a video already. But if you need to add the text into the video, then you will need to export then re-import
I’ve been trying to edit in CapCut, but when I make cuts/splits, the sound and my mouth don’t connect or sync. It’s so weird idk how to fix it so I’ve gone back to iMovie 😔
Does CapCut run a bit slow? If so, I would recommend to change your video settings to Proxy. You can search on CZcams "change video to proxy settings on CapCut" and this might help with the slowness (then causing it to be out of sync). Another thing is you might need more storage space on your device. First thing I would try though is deleting CapCut and redownloading it (and also making sure your computer is up to date with software updates if you have an Apple computer)
