Arthur's stone

Arthur's Stone, a Neolithic burial chamber made of great stone slabs, can be found in Stockley Hill.
Stockley Hill sits between the Wye Valley and the Golden Valley, with the Black Mountains in the background.

Interesting piece of prehistory. Similar in someways to the well known Stonehenge.
We visited 2 of the National Trust properties in Herefordshire last weekend- Croft Castle and Berrington Hall. Next visit to your county will visit this place.
